- RHrebecca Harrah1 day ago5.0We spent all morning down the road at hertz (heads up if you have Truist the payment will be flagged as fraud) and were left without a rental the day we were set to leave for our anniversary. We drove down the road and stopped here, but it looked closed. It was after 5pm after all. However, I saw someone getting into a car near the back gate. Sheer desperation led me to try to flag them down, and that’s when Jake Hadley saved our 5th anniversary. Even though the store was closed, he let us in, and in under 10 minutes had us a rental ready to go. We cannot thank Jake enough, he really went above and beyond and deserves recognition for it

- FWFay WebbSep 30, 20264.0We had to rent a car unexpectedly when the a/c quit working the day before we were leaving on vacation. We arrived to pick up the car in our 10 year old Honda, and were the only customers upon arrival. We were greeted by friendly employees who were polite and respectful. It would have been helpful if the representative had taken note of our car and our age. The car we were assigned was much newer with lots more technology than ours. I was instructed on how to start it, how the gearshift worked and what button to push for the parking brake. Not being at all familiar with the system, I couldn't/didn't know what to ask! It would have been nice to have at least been shown how to get my phone connected. It being a rental, there was no owners manual to explain anything. The car ran fine, we figured out what we could and had no issues with it.
