I rented a car for a week from this location and forgot some personal belongings. Called the location 3 hours after realizing the mishap for an employee I believe Luke to state they would check and get back to me. It has been 5 days and they were not bothered to check in. Called them to be rerouted to customer service. He promised the manager would get back to me stat, safe to say he didn’t deliver on that promise. The communication was unprofessional and left me frustrated. I only exclusively rent from enterprise, but would rather take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this location.
