  Very professional and great service..when I picked the car up i went to another location that I didn't make the reservation for..they didn't have a vehicle available but gave me a courtesy ride over to this location and service was excellent. And when I returned the car service was quick and I got a immediate ride to my residence.recomended.

  They used to care. The old management used to care if you wanted a sunroof, or legroom, a crossover, or a truck or a jeep or whatever else. After 12 years of coming here, to say this place has lost itself would be a crazy understatement. No wonder the College St location is busting at the seams...it must be everyone who has decided this branch isn't worth it anymore. So disappointing

  I will never recommend this location or enterprise. They failed to meet a simple reservation which was confirmed by their call center. After having to find alternative accommodations I was able to confirm another vehicle just to have enterprise end up stating it was in the shop and unavailable. Several hours later I sat in the enterprise office which smells of cat urine. That must be why they gave us a car that smells of cigarettes. They must be noise blind. Finally having the car keys in possession we pull out just to have sensors on the dash come on less than a mile down the road. Just close this location and refocus on training across the entire organization.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and efficient—I was able to complete my reservation online with ease. When I arrived at the location, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the pickup process quick and stress-free. I was provided with a spacious minivan that perfectly suited my needs. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service at this Enterprise location and will definitely use them again for future rentals.
