  Do yourself a huge lovely favor and AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! These people are scummy and scammy through and through. I purchased a supposedly “certified pre-owned” 2025 vehicle from them and quickly came to regret that decision. On the test drive I noticed the alignment pulled to the right and the windshield wipers were bad. My salesman, “Kiwi” Chris Bowen, said they’d do a balance and alignment and replace the wipers, all pretty easy fixes I thought, and that they’d pick up the car, do all the fixes, and bring it back with a full tank of gas- that’s nice! While signing paperwork, he came in and said they needed to replace a window as well- the rear drivers side window was completely scratched up, conveniently covered up by the window sticker they put over it. If they did any sort of inspection, that would’ve obviously been seen and corrected, but instead they just covered it up. I then had to wait for “Kiwi” to go on vacation and come back before they did the repairs. I had noticed there were other basic, minor things that needed to be corrected- auction marker paint on the windshield, tape under the license plate sticking over the top of it (which “Kiwi” put on so he knew it was there and left it in the first place), sticker residue on windows etc. “Kiwi” said they’d get it all done. When my car was ready he called and said he wanted to get it through a car wash but I wouldn’t be able to get my car back till the next day for that, and assured me that the tape was removed, etc- we had never discussed my car not coming back that day and I needed it, also, just going through a car wash doesn’t take more than a few minutes. So, they brought back my car, much dirtier than before, and still with auction marker, the tape, residue, etc- and only 1/3 tank of gas! I texted “Kiwi” about all the things I mentioned that they did not take care of and he just ignored me and refused to address any of it. So I spent my birthday removing the tape and sticker residue and trying to get the windshield clean :) Someone tried slicing off the top of one of the pieces of tape, which left a new scratch in the paint. But wait, it gets worse! Not only was my alignment not corrected, now the balance was off as well and my car was shaking when it had not been doing that before! So they took my car and brought it back in markedly worse condition than it left. After speaking with Jordan he said they’d pay over the phone for another balance and alignment at shop of my choice since there’s no way I was going to let them take it again. Getting that done was more than a chore, playing phone tag and getting hung up on and sent to voicemails repeatedly. After detailing the car myself, I see why City Auto didn’t want me to see it clean- it is COVERED in badly done paint touch ups with no clear coat, along with multiple chips down to the metal starting to show rust, the spoiler has a deep gash in it and the trim to the side of it is loose, the windshield is chipped and scratched and has gunk that will not come off, and somehow there is red paint transfer on the top (???). So much weird stuff, yet clean title with no recorded accidents. I have spent so much time, energy, and money trying to get my new car in the shape it should’ve been in when I bought it. These guys just don’t care about what they’re doing and it sucks. So please save yourself the hassle of giving this deceitful, shady dealership your business- they’ll be nice enough until they have your money, then all promises are out the door, and they don’t clean or inspect their cars.

  My daughter and I set out to find her a great used vehicle. Long story behind this but we ended up in Murfreesboro - an area we are unfamiliar with. We stopped by multiple dealerships in the Murfreesboro area, all which left us waving goodbye. That is until my daughter found a City Auto listing through Cargurus. As soon as we arrived, we could immediately tell the difference in this place versus the others we’d visited that day. Kiwi is the salesperson who helped us. He was perfect! He listened to what we wanted. He made us feel comfortable and he was level with us the entire time. No BS. No pressure. Just good help. In the end, my daughter found her target vehicle at a great price. 100% satisfied and would choose this place again and Kiwi again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at City Auto Mitsubishi today! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, which made the whole car-buying experience so much easier. A special thank you to Nina, who was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very helpful, patient, and really took the time to help me find the right car at an amazing price. I also want to thank Calvin, Chris, and the rest of the team for making me feel welcomed and appreciated throughout the entire process. It’s not every day that you walk into a dealership and feel like everyone is truly there to help you. I left feeling very happy with my experience and my purchase. I definitely recommend City Auto Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a vehicle and a great team to work with! 🚗❤️

  Bought my second company van from City Auto today. Bought one two years back and have had no problems with it at all. I cannot say that about two others I’ve bought from two other car dealerships. I will NOT buy from any other place again. No hassle, friendly, knowledgeable sales reps, and was in and out in no time. If you are looking for a dependable, reliable vehicle at a great price, try out City Auto. You won’t be disappointed or worse, on the side of the road somewhere because you bought a lemon! Ask for Ron, he was great! Got me in and out and took me around to look at all my options. He knows his stuff!

  City Auto is top notch! We have bought a few vehicles from them and they are always courteous and never pushy! They show you anything you want to see and let you, the customer decide! Negotiations were smooth as silk. Jestin was a wonderful salesman! The finance dept and the entire staff are wonderful! 100 stars if I could Give them!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
