  We had a great experience at Camping World Murfreesboro, TN, Cameron was a great salesman and helped us find the fifth wheel for us with much patience and expertise. He communicated excellent with us during the entire process.

  The Camping World team did an amazing job for me with helping me locate the specific camper that I was looking for, getting it financed, prepped, and ready for pickup. David Junkins assisted me from day 1 with top notch service. David went above and beyond to help me locate, view, and measure driveway clearance at my home. I highly recommend them to anyone who may be interested in purchasing a camper! Great job team!

  First, they are lousy at communicating with each other. Nobody informed our sales person that we had arrived for closing. The salesman gave bad directions to my wife on how to exit the parking lot with our camper we just bought. She ended up in a dead end. I was still in the store when she called me to ask for assistance in backing out of the area she was in. I asked a person in parts and she asked a guy to help her and he said she can backup in a parking spot and turn around. Also, we bought our camper for $16,000+ but if we keep the financing through Road Runner we will have paid over $38,000 because the Loan term is 144 months at $246/month. I should have left then but we had plans to go camping that afternoon. DO NOT GO THERE TO BUY ANYTHING!!! THEY ARE LOUSY AND CROOKS!

  We purchased a camper at this location and got the additional package to do a complete inspection and show us everything about the camper. The service manager who signed off on the camper called in sick that day. Some other guy did the walk thru and had no clue anything about the camper. We took the camper for our first camping trip after purchasing the camper. We had 3 tires shred and blow out on us. Had to buy 4 new tires and a new spare tire. When the tires blew, it did some damage to the camper. My husband called camping world and was told that the service manager was fired that week. The lady was going to see if they could do anything about the $1,000 we were out from the blowouts and would call us back. My husband had to call her a few times. She told my husband that the tires had air in them when we drove it off the lot. That’s it. Horrible customer service!

  Dragan was amazing, as well as the whole team we had an interaction with. Most places are pushy when it comes to sales, this is not the case at Camping World. From the time we walked in until we left the parking lot, they were nothing but kind, considerate, and helpful. We love our new camper, thank you for helping make one of our dreams come true, especially after the year we've had!
