  Recently visited this location to checkout a specific model RV and compare with similar models. Brin, our RV Sales Associate, was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us! No pressure and we felt very comfortable and valued during the whole experience. Thank you, Brin and Camping World!

  We went in looking for some products to do some repairs on our RV. Christian in the service department knew exactly what we needed and was incredibly helpful! We got what we needed and were on our way quickly! Fantastic job, Christian! Thank you!!

  Wife and I just traded our 2014 Keystone Alpine 3600RS for a 2021 Keystone Alpine 3650RL at Camping World of Murfreesboro Tennessee. Our sales representative, Cameron Carson's, was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond what we had expected, From the very beginning to the end of the purchase he was professional, kind, and very considerate as to what we wanted. He constantly called and texted with updates on our purchase until the final completion of the sale. After having mixed emotions of dealing with Camping World of Murfreesboro,we are now glad we choose them. Their service manager, Alex took wife and I out to the camper we were purchasing and went through the functions and operations of the camper. I know that everyone at some time or another has had a bad experience during a purchase or other transaction , but remember that everything we hear does not always apply to everyone. Thank you to Camping World, and our great salesman Cameron Carsons and service manager Alex for making our purchase a great experience.

  1 Star – Absolutely Horrible Experience at Camping World! I would give zero stars if I could. We went to Camping World Saturday morning and spent half the day looking for a camper. We finally found one, completed all the paperwork, and were immediately told we were approved and everything was set. All we had to do was bring our old camper in on Monday to pick up our new one. We trusted what we were told. We spent an entire day packing up our camper, deep cleaning it, and even paid someone to drive it an hour away, only to be told we weren't approved for the original camper after all! Then camper number two came along. We were told we were approved again, started doing paperwork, and thought everything was finally going to work out. Nope! This time, we were told we couldn't get the camper because, despite having a 700 credit score, we had to prove residency with an electric or water bill. WE LIVE IN A CAMPGROUND! Our utilities are included in our rent. We explained this repeatedly and begged them to let us provide another form of proof of residency. They refused. No alternative, no reasonable solution, nothing. We wasted another FIVE HOURS yesterday for absolutely nothing. We packed up our entire home, paid someone to transport our camper, spent hours dealing with paperwork, and were repeatedly told we were approved, only to be turned away over a document we couldn't possibly provide because of how our housing works. And it gets worse. A family member was also planning to purchase a $70,000 camper from Camping World. After hearing what happened to us, they immediately called, canceled their deal, and requested a refund. Camping World lost TWO sales because they couldn't find a reasonable way to verify residency. That's two customers and a whole lot of money lost because of a process that apparently nobody was willing to help us work through. We understand that dealerships have financing requirements, but if certain documents are absolutely required, WHY NOT EXPLAIN THAT BEFORE PEOPLE SPEND THEIR ENTIRE WEEKEND PACKING UP THEIR HOME AND MAKING PLANS?! The lack of communication, the repeated claims of approval, and the complete unwillingness to work with us were beyond frustrating. We were excited about getting a new camper and instead were left exhausted, disappointed, and feeling completely disrespected. We have already told everyone we know to stay away from this place. After this experience, we would never recommend Camping World to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, stress, and heartbreak. Take your business somewhere that values its customers and communicates honestly from the beginning.

  The service department at Camping World of Murfreesboro is honestly the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I bought a brand new camper and it has now been sitting in their service department for over 40 days. A brand new camper should not have to sit in a service department for over a month, especially when you just spent a lot of money on it and expect to actually be able to use it. The communication has been terrible, and getting straight answers has been extremely frustrating. I understand that repairs can take time, but 40+ days is absolutely ridiculous. This whole experience has completely changed my opinion of Camping World. The sales process was one thing, but once you have an issue and need the service department, it’s a completely different story. If you’re thinking about buying a camper from Camping World of Murfreesboro, I would seriously think twice and look into their service department before buying.
