  We had such a great experience at Bumpus Harley-Davidson of Murfreesboro! Tony was our salesman and was awesome from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable without making us feel pressured. Jarrett, the manager, was also great to work with and made sure everything came together for us. June in finance was wonderful as well, she made the paperwork easy to understand and the final part of the process went smoothly. We spent quite a bit of time there working through everything, and everyone was patient, helpful, and willing to work with us. We left feeling really good about the purchase and the entire experience. The Hubs is absolutely loving his Harley already. Definitely recommend Bumpus in Murfreesboro, and especially Tony, Jarrett, and June. Thank you guys for taking care of us!

  I went to this location great store, amazing products, shirts, etc. I am from out of state Salem, Oregon. The next morning that might stay at the hotel, I was walking to an elevator shortly behind me. A lady enters the elevator. We talk a little bit about this and the other wander down. I asked her if she’s on vacation she says no she’s at work. She has one more day. she thought she was going home today. I didn’t ask her what she does after some talk about what I do. She says she works at Harley and I said I stopped at one the other day down the road mention the name Bumpus she goes. That’s where I’m working this weekend I’m a trainer there. I said no kidding. I’ve started writing advice about three or four years ago. Got endorsed out along conversation about a bunch of other things. The story could be much longer, but I’ll keep it short. This was a great interaction as I say on miles and miles away from Home and Oregon and it’s odd the connections you make, but it was a great one. Hope this message finds the trainer that is teaching this Course. I didn’t ask her name or anything, She was agreat representation for the company.

  Great experience! From the purchase of my bike as well as safety riding course that I took with them, everyone involved was amazing. You feel like family with this group. I highly recommended this dealership for all your motorcycle needs.

  One of the best HD dealerships we've found in middle TN. We took both our bikes in for service. While we were told a 9:00 am appt., we waited some time for them to be finished. Staff were very nice, had a couple drinks while we waited and it was fine. Being new to TN, we're looking for our service go-to. Maybe...

  I walked in the door and the staff welcomed me. The general manager took me on a tour of the entire store. One of the sales reps spent time with me discussing models and engines and technology. A great experience for a random visit
