  On Tuesday, July 7, I was traveling through town from North Carolina to northern Illinois on my 2025 Street Glide Ultra, when I was about 25 miles outside of your dealership, I started running into engine problems with a lot of power loss and hesitation, I went into your dealership and spoke to a sales person who took me over to Kaleb who promptly wrote up an ticket and got a technician within 15 minutes to look at my bike. Nolan, started up my bike and started to pull it into the back area and within 30 seconds, he said he knew the problem was and that I had a coil pack problem and was only running on one cylinder. They had to look for the part and get the part and got it to the store. He fixed my bike under warranty and had me back on the street heading home within just over three hours. What a phenomenal team you have on your staff. You don’t know how people appreciate you when employees like this go above and beyond for a traveler going through your town and going through your dealership. Thank you! Dean and Sonja McHenry, IL

  After having the ONLY 2 issues I've had with my bike since buying it new, but 1 year old, from another dealer, their service department didn't plug up my stator after replacing the original 1 year old battery thus leaving me stranded then, at the 5k service they over filled my oil! So..I looked into Bumpus for my 10k service. They gave me a tour of the service department and had done work for a friend and he had zero issues. They did my 10k service last week and oil is spot on, bike runs like a beast so not only me, but my friends will make the 82 mile ride just to have service done at Bumpus! Well worth it!

  If you are looking for a new ride, be sure to talk to the team at Bumpus Harley Davidson. I reached out to them, explained what I was looking for and they found the exact match. The experience could not have been better. They sent me all the pictures ahead of time, answered my questions, I showed up for a test ride and was out the door with my Road Glide Special and all the gear I needed in just over 2 hours. Do yourself a favor, and give them a try the next time you are looking for a new ride, or you are ready to upgrade.

  Purchase #5 is the books! When you buy 5 brand new bikes and 1 used bike, that’s speaks. Everyone at Bumphus is and has always been excellent. Highly recommend them!

  I was reading about some changes online regarding the new Trikes . The following day Gregg Koepke from Bumpus contacted me about the new Trikes. Harley didn’t make the new Trikes in a color I liked . Gregg text me the following day to show me a CVO in citrus heat , wow I was sold on the color . These Street glide 3 CVO are hard to find , highly sought after . Had to wait a few months but well worth it . Thanks to Gregg Koepke from Bumpus Harley Davidson ! Great folks to do business with 😎
