  I have never in my life experienced a staff that was so inattentive to paying customer. As I was asking a rep questions he literally walked off. I literally only needed help getting a gas cap off so I can put the newly purchased one on. I do understand the policies of not being able to touch peoples cars which wasn’t told until after I met the second employee but I had to literally beg for help to even get some type of understanding of how to get it off. Had to go in the store more than once for clarity. Every customer isn’t going to a male , every customer isn’t going to know how to do everything when it comes to car, every customer isn’t going to be White so for the love of God please learn how to support the community you do business in. Tried talking to the managers and the male barely wanted to take accountability. He tried to deflect and dismiss my concerns. The woman manager completely zoned out while I was talking and kept sweeping the floor. This was the only store that had the gas cap I needed and I drove across town to just be treated worthless. The auto zone on old fort was kind and helpful. This one was flat out terrible. Customer service doesn’t even exist. Just sad. Unless you’re just going in and buying an item and walking out avoid this store. Go on old fort! Old fort staff as always helped me without breaking their “policies.”

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by the AutoZone on S Church Street in Murfreesboro after my check engine light came on. Mina ran the diagnostic test quickly and clearly explained the code results instead of just trying to sell me a part. Mike took the time to walk me through exactly how to use the Cataclean correctly — including fuel level, driving distance, and why it matters for the catalytic converter cleaning process. Both were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated that they explained the “why” behind the recommendation instead of rushing me out the door. Great customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Mina and Mike!

  let me tell you. i went here knowing i needed a battery. no other knowledge. i walked up to the counter and kenzie helped me out. she joked around and made me feel comfortable the entire time. they even offered to put it in for free. of course i took that opportunity. kenzie and i headed outside with nothing but a flashlight, battery, and a dream. and she made that happen with the assistance of cody. those are my goats. cars stress me out and especially with how expensive they are and i didn’t feel stressed once. kenzie and cody are my goats and if i ever need to comeback i pray that they’re there.
