  They threw on the extra hidden fees you get every visit (extra oil, “premium filter” for my luxury KIA 😜) but this time there was a “temporary service charge” that no one working there could explain. I was told it was for “because of what’s happening overseas” as if that was a satisfactory answer, I asked for clarity and got none. They said several other vague generalities and one employee walked off in frustration when I said I still have no idea why this charge is here. Valvoline has no intention of clearly communicating their prices. That creates conflict that their employees have to deal with while not being equipped to answer why there is a vague temporary service charge. Next time, valvoline simply needs to increase their prices if it costs more money to run their business without hidden fees that pop up at the point of sale.

  Staff got the work done fast suppling appropriate parts and oil. I am a DIY type, changing my oil at home for many years. Valvoline came to mind as recent inpatient hospital stay and change oil message on dash. Obtained a coupon, online, arrived, immediately provided service. I will visit this service site again.

  The senior technician who worked with me walked me through every step and explained everything he was thinking. I appreciated greatly being spoken to as more than just a customer, and his insight and advice was more than welcome. Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I've had yet.
