  Y'all really messed up my air conditioner. You were supposed to do a recharge. I paid $367 for nothing. I'm driving from Nashville to Destin right now with no air. A whole week in Florida with no air. I am not happy!!!!!!

  When I first walked in the young child that was talking to me, had to take a phone call cause that was far more important than making sure that my service was done properly and he got all my information. He was gone for longer than 15 minutes then when it came to changing out my running light in the back, he couldn’t figure out how to take my light assembly off in the back to get to the light bulb. I think this whole store needs to be retrained.

  The amount Juliet location is the best they are extremely knowledgeable and take their time so that every thing is super seamless without any worries definitely recommend them💯

  I've had MANY oil changes in my life, and this was the best, and most thorough service I have ever received. Not only were all staff professional, and polite, but there was absolutely no upselling pressure at all. Micheal and Demir were an absolute pleasure and so knowledgeable. Service equivalent to Chick-fil-A. You've made a permanent customer out of me.

  I just left the mt Juliet location. When I pulled up there was a line of about 4 cars, so I asked the lady if the ac recharge is available as I came to do that. She stated she would ask and the process would take 30 mins or so. I thanked her and waited. Right before my turn in the service station, the light check was happening and again I ask about the ac recharge and the gentleman said he would let the technician know. As he was finishing the light check, it was my turn after waiting 20-30 mins total so far. I pull in and they start the process for the oil change And again I tell them I want the ac service. She says ok and goes to tell whoever. After another 5-10 mins with the oil change started they tell me the ac system is down. She recommends me to go to another valvoline. Now at this point I have waited 40 mins total to find out that the main service I wanted to do wasn’t actually available. It is incredibly frustrating to lose my opportunity to maybe go somewhere else for my service because by the time I was done it was 6:15 and the nearest other location is 15 mins away. Even if I got there in time I would be showing up way too late to do said service.
