  The Mt. Juliet Tennessee store is the only one I will go to in my area. It's about 30 minutes from my house, but they are always quick & thorough. Props to all the employees at this store!!

  I called Valvoline for a price check for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I was routed to a virtual assistant. I provided the make, model and trim level of the vehicle. I confirmed we needed full synthetic. The virtual assistant said the cost is $84 but may depend on exact vehicle needs. We got the work done and was invoiced $144 after a $20 off coupon. We were told the virtual assistant finds the cheapest cost in the nation. The automated system never asked for a zip code and never said prices vary by location. We were purposefully misled and cheated by Valvoline corporate and this location did not offer any help. We will not use any Valvoline again

  Valvoline Instant Oil Change has lost the most important part of its business and that’s the part that made them successful. Instant Oil Change is a thing of the past. When you are the only vehicle, it should never exceed 30 minutes to perform a 4cyl. oil change. I’ve been a loyal Valvoline customer way before they ever opened up these drive-in stations, guess I’ll get the creeper back out & start performing my own oil changes again at home. Thanks K.Rob

  I normally have a good experience at most locations , but this was not the case. Unfortunately they had me wait for an hour as two other cars who came after went in front of me. It was extremely inconsiderate of my time and wish my experience went differently. There was only one guy checking everyone in as his colleagues were standing around chatting leaving him to do everything by himself . He was very apologetic of the situation which I appreciated . I will continue visiting my normal location and avoid this one going forward.

  I’ve been a repeat customer to this location for years. Quality of service is good, staff is friendly. Wait time has been getting progressively worse. I waited for almost an hour in line and was late to an appointment because of it this past weekend. Could’ve taken it to the dealership for that amount of time investment. Not a “quick” oil change place any longer. Also, I watched the young man not replace my oil cap. Fortunately, before I had to say anything a manager pointed it out. Things need to tighten up there or I’ll be forced to go elsewhere.
