I made to the mt.Juliet location and they fixed it with no problem and made sure it was secured Two thumbs up to Natalie and Jordan thank you so much 😁
- KSKenneth Scharlatt3 days ago1.0Price has gotten ridiculously expensive. 30+ minutes before I even pulled into a bay for service. Tire pressure wasn’t checked even though I requested that to be completed. Shop is run by a bunch of kids. Will not be returning.
- BPBrian Porter5 days ago3.0Was guided to a lane that had more cars in it by a young lady and Couldn't get in a line that was obviously moving faster and had a longer wait than I was expecting And I was not aware you no longer drained the oil but vacuumed it out and that leaves sluge in the pan but I guess I will have to change my oil myself from now on to get what I expect from an oil service

- AAAllieAug 18, 20261.0You will be waiting for 1.5 hours + for an oil change. Once you get in the bay, it will take 45 minutes for them to do a simple oil change, with your car off. The workers time management skills are absolutely terrible. I will never return to this Valvoline, or probably any other Valvoline.
