I'm a female,and I always love seeing another female in a mans industry!!!!! I needed to get a few parts for my truck , and she was super knowledgeable. We have been shopping at this MJ since we moved here two years ago, and have spent a ton of money too! Jenn was the first one to ever ask if we wanted to spend reward money that we had in our account. No one has ever told us about these rewards. All I had to do was download the app, and could redeem them in store that day. I also looked at the expired reward money over the years ,we have shopped there, and we have missed out on over $500 in free money from this company! Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
