  This was my first time at express oil change in Mount Juliet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out before I knew it, and I love that you’re able to stay in your car during the oil change. My new favorite thing. 🙂

  Sam at Express Oil Change is amazing! The entire team is beyond nice, helpful, and welcoming. They are prompt and work quickly while still being incredibly thorough and taking the time to check everything over. I originally came to them after being turned away from another oil change place because of an issue with my oil filter. Sam took one look at it, immediately knew what the issue was, and had it resolved in no time! On top of that, he checked my coolant and a few other things to make sure everything was in good shape. Overall, I had such a great experience, and they have definitely earned my future business. I highly recommend Sam and the whole team at Express Oil Change!

  my car started blowing hot air in this 100 degree weather. I took my car in to Express Oil Change and they took care of me right away and also got my oil changed as well. They were all pleasant and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend them!

  Came here for a 10-min oil change and I added a tire rotation after they offered a discount, explicitly said I don't want anything else that it will all be denied by my boss if they offer anything else anyways. (Vehicle is being retired soon.) There was zero wait when I showed up. I figured with the added rotation I'd be out in about 30min. They had my vehicle for over an hour. It wasn't until I started walking around outside to figure out where they rolled my vehicle off to (it was no longer in the oil change bay) that I find an entire little mechanic shop behind the oil change place. My oil has been changed and tires rotated and now my vehicle is on a service lift and they tell me they're doing a full inspection for a repair quote. I told them to get my vehicle off the lift and as they do so they hand me a $5000 repair quote. You're a 10-min oil change place hiding a mechanic shop behind you. What is this local oddity? I do not recommend them for any service. Wasted over an hour of my time and now I have to explain to my boss why I was on the clock idle for over an hour for a 30min vehicle service.

  I used to have great experiences with Express Oil Change in another state, but unfortunately, my visit to the Mt. Juliet location was a huge disappointment. I went in simply to get my A/C recharged. They charged a steep diagnostic fee of $150 and claimed that both the condenser and compressor needed to be replaced, quoting me over $1,784 for the repair. I felt pressured to leave the car there, but something felt off since I knew the system had been working fine. I declined the service and drove home. To my surprise, the A/C started blowing cold and working flawlessly on the drive back—meaning nothing was actually broken. It looks this shop tries to sell expensive, unnecessary repairs. Save your money and go elsewhere. And actually, I have a strong feeling those 5 star reviews are not real (like a customer with name Spam?!)
