  I have been a customer for 5 years and I had an amazing experience in this place and they hired someone lately probably a year or two and he’s very rude and so aggressive in the conversation. Every time I walk to this place I get very frustrated. He doesn’t really help the customer at all in the front desk. This is my last time walking into this place with this kind of treatment. I hope management take a look at it before they lose another customer.

  These guys are on it. Respected my time, were professional, and offered discounts without having to inquire! Had what I needed in stock. The biggest takeaway is that they actually answered the phone!

  Bad service They installed a wrong tire for my car I realized that after 5 month This is not acceptable!!!!!

  Very disappointing experience. I came in just to have a nail removed from my tire, and I was charged $45 for what should have been a very simple and quick repair. I was told the wait would be approximately 45 minutes because they were busy. I have now been here for over an hour and a half. I can literally see my car sitting outside, and the work has already been completed, yet I’m still being told that they need to finish “paperwork.” What makes the experience even more frustrating is that the employee checked my tire size THREE times, and despite verifying it multiple times, he still installed the wrong tire size. I honestly don’t understand how such a simple service can take this long, especially when the work was already done, and then have the wrong tire size installed after checking it three times. The amount of time spent waiting was completely unreasonable, and the lack of attention to detail was very disappointing. I expected much better service and efficiency. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Chris and Chris team are absolutely amazing! They have always gone above and beyond to help me whenever I’ve had an issue with my vehicle. They’re professional, knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to do whatever they can to get the problem taken care of and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. The customer service is outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I truly appreciate Chris and his entire team for always taking care of me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a team they can trust. Definitely a 5-star experience every time!
