  I purchased a gift card and the store clerk was not familiar with the process on how to issue and activate the card but he went the extra mile to phone for assistance and help me out and this was close to their closing time, I will go back and see Chris Hall for my own tires again!

  I had good experience previously however, Was not honored for complimentary oil change after 4 tires replacement. Basically Chris lied to me. Not coming back again.

  Chris, the sales manager, went above and beyond to get me a great deal on some A/T tires for my 4Runner. He has helped me in the past as well. Amazing guy to work with if you need any kind of services done here. My experience was so amazing that I brought a 2nd vehicle to get the same tires. He let me know that he didn't have the EXACT same tires as before but they were the same brand and model but just a heavier duty which was more expensive but he marked them down to give me the same price as the other tires. I mean.... c'mon. Expert level customer service! The turn around was quick too!

  My experience was less than ideal, and I left feeling very disappointed with both the quality of the product for the price and the level of service I received. I prebooked online and selected tires that fit my budget and needs. When I arrived, I was told the tire I selected was available at the warehouse, but that I could upgrade to a better tire they had in stock and they would match the price quoted online. That turned out to be false. I was charged almost an additional $200 for the more expensive tires, with the explanation that the online price only applied if I applied for a credit card. I clearly remember the online checkout process, and that was not presented as the case. Still, I accepted the increase because I believed I was receiving a higher-quality tire and the total was still within my budget. While my car was being serviced, I received a call recommending that I have my brake fluid flushed to help with feedback I was feeling in the steering wheel when braking. I agreed after being told the service would cost an additional $115–$120. However, that service increased my bill from $662.00 to $819.00, a jarring $157.00 increase. Even after the service, I continued to experience the same feedback in the steering wheel. Five days after replacing all four tires, I hit a pothole and one of the front tires blew out. When I returned, I was told the only option was to replace the tire for an additional $200, which likely would have ended up costing even more. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by this experience. Between the pricing confusion, the added service that did not resolve the issue, and the lack of support after a brand-new tire failed, I do not feel I received the quality or service I paid for. I would highly recommend Discount Tire instead and will do my best to avoid Tire Discounters moving forward.
