  I rented a Mitsubishi from Mt juliet location for one day for about $77. The vehicle shook noticeably at 50-60 mph and had difficulty accelerating, making it uncomfortable and concerning to drive.

  Absolutely terrible customer service during an already stressful situation. I came here after being in a car accident, and the staff made a bad situation a hundred times worse. They showed up almost 30 minutes late to meet me at the collision center. ​The young man who picked me up from the collision center was the only exception to this experience —he was kind and professional. But the moment I got to the office, the professionalism completely vanished. The other two employees I dealt with treated me like a second-class citizen simply because I had an insurance reservation instead of a retail one. One of them actually made a comment implying they have to make sure they have cars available for "non-insurance" customers, as if I was being punished or didn't deserve standard service. When I noticed a Jeep Wagoneer on the lot and explicitly offered to pay out of pocket to cover the difference for an upgrade, they were completely dismissive and claimed that wasn't an option. They tried to downgrade me to a tiny vehicle I didn't feel safe driving, claiming they had nothing else. They double-charged my credit card for the deposit hold due to employee error and couldn't even reverse it. When I refused the downgrade, they magically "found the keys" to a Jeep they explicitly told me wasn't available, initially—the same type of vehicle I'd just been in a MVA 2 days prior and didn't want to drive at this point. To make matters worse, the vehicle was completely filthy and stunk. Zero stars for customer care, cleanliness, and honesty. Thankfully, my insurance company had to intervene to move me to a different branch. Avoid this location.

  Incredible experience. My full review is on their website but I will Colley rent from enterprise and if I’m in TN it will be their Mount Juliet Lebanon branch!
