  I slipped my cabin cruiser there for 3 years. The cleanliness of my boat and slip were noticed by pretty much anyone that walked by.... I wish I could say the same for most of the marina. For whatever it is worth, most would say I am a clean cut, well dressed individual. The management..... I've had my debit card charged two different times without my permission, and when I asked about it, all I got was finger pointing, shoulder shrugging and lack of accountability. I had the manager delete my card information, after the 2nd unauthorized charging. My take after spending some time there is, they (management and a handful at corporate) seem to be overly catering to the alcoholics and dog owners there. Most of the dog owners there just walk their dogs over to another part of the marina away from their own boat, to pee or poop. (no size limit on dogs) The icing on the cake so to speak, was getting bit by someone's dog. The marina chose to not only not ban the dog.....The dog was back a few weeks later like nothing happened. A few weeks after, I received an email and a hand delivered letter stating that my lease would not be renewed, once expired.... zero reason stated

  Our family rented a boat on a Saturday and had THE best time and service at Cedar. They were helpful with one of our folks who has a harder time walking and even moved the boat closer for us, Thanks Owen! They answered all my questions prior when I called and gave great suggestions. Andrew was also extremely helpful when we got back in. We will definitely be booking our future annual family outings again! Great price and even greater service!

  We rented a pontoon for a couple days while vacationing in Gallatin, TN. We chose Cedar Creek because they were the only local place that allowed fishing off their boats and our family enjoys fishing. From the time of booking until we returned the boat, Cedar Creek made everything easy and were very responsive and friendly! I was hesitant at first because some of the older reviews were quite bad. I emailed before booking to address my concerns and found out that they were under new management so I gave them a try. I'm glad I did because the new owners are great and we had the BEST time pontooning around Hickory Lake/Cumberland River! We would definitely use them again in the future!

  We had a great experience renting at Cedar Creek. There was an issue with my reservation that was 100% my fault and the staff quickly remedied it and got us on the water with no hassle. Everyone on the team was super helpful and made sure we had a great first experience.

  Cedar Creek Marina is an awesome place to spend the day! The marina is clean, the staff is friendly, and the boat rentals make it so easy to get out and enjoy the lake. Whether you're looking to relax on the water or spend the day with family and friends, this is the perfect spot. The food, cold drinks, and live music are an added bonus. You really can't ask for a better day at the lake. We'll definitely be back!
