I went in there looking for a headlight bulb for my son's vehicle. They showed to have it stock, but it was not where it was supposed to be. The manager kept looking for it and found it. They were very nice and helpful.

We bought a battery about 10 days ago from an AZ down the road and it was not a good experience overall. Our battery was not holding a charge so we came to this location to see what the issue was. Casey noticed the battery terminal was corroded and probably why our battery was not holding a charge. The employee at the other location that installed my battery did not bother to advise us, clean it or apply the terminal gel to the newly installed battery and instead rushed us out. But Casey took the time to thoroughly clean the terminal and apply the gel, and that fixed the problem. He also gave us tips on how to prolong the life of the battery, he’s very knowledgeable! Thank you, Casey!

We went in today to switch out a mower battery we just purchased a month ago. When we first bought it the battery was dead. We put it on our home charger and it charged. We thought it was good to go. We mowed. The next week, the battery was dead. We tried three weeks in a row. It will not hold a charge. We tried to return and get a new one. The employees were rude and told us it must be our mower as their tester didn’t show a fault. Again, the battery was dead when we bought it. We tried to see if it was a fluke but it wasn’t. Instead of customer service, we were met with rude employees who insisted the battery was fine, even though it was dead out of the box. They insinuated we were lying or are incompetent. I’m incredibly disappointed. Why would we bring in a good battery? We have a commercial account and usually have great experiences. Why employees feel the need and entitlement to be rude to established customers simply trying to return an item that was faulty when we purchased it is beyond me. This is what drives customers to other stores and even competitor’s stores. I hope the management team addresses the employees on customer service.

My son went to this autozone. They helped him diagnose and replace a fuse. They stopped my son from replacing a fuse with the vehicle running, which sounds like common sense, but apparently not to my son. They took care of him, and they'll take good care of you.
