I arrived early, but the front desk seemed unaware of my appointment and was not welcoming. After waiting 1.5 hours, I was told the car hadn’t really been started because the tint was difficult and they were supposedly waiting on a steamer to heat up—which made no sense. Meanwhile, they took a walk-in tint job ahead of my scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and a frustrating experience. I left frustrated and won’t be returning.”
