  I took my truck to porters tire in May for an oil change and asked them to look it over thoroughly and see what else might be wrong. They gave a me a list of things that they don't repair there and I got them fixed at another shop. Once I picked it up from there I noticed I needed an alignment so I call tire choice to schedule one. They quoted me $134 on the phone. I get there for the alignment and now its $245! Then they come and tell me they can't fix it because I need an additional $1700 in repair! I just left and decided to go back to porter tire and as I suspected it just needs an alignment so I will never step foot on tire choice property again

  We were headed home and passing through Morristown when our vehicle started to shudder and shimmy. We stopped at auto parts place and the gentleman pointed us to Tirechoice. We got there about an hour before closing. Claudio, the gentleman from the front came out and looked over the car and listened to the issues we had. He went and spoke with the mechanic who said he would check it out for us. Caleb, the mechanic, and I took it for a test drive and he diagnosed the problem. They got us all fixed and back up and running!!! These guys went above and beyond to help us get home. Our vehicle is running great and thanks to their great generosity of their time and attention to our needs we got home and all is well!! Great business, great guys working there! Courteous, friendly, above and beyond kinda guys!

  Very friendly and helpful. I’ve been here several times for my company service truck and they always do their best to work me in because my schedule is unpredictable but they make it work or set the parts to the side when I can stop by long enough.
