  When I tell you Billy and his assistant was a lifesaver!! Or rental car’s tire was going down on our way back to Alabama and he was able to quickly help us out so we could get home safely. Such kind people! Thank you again!

  Employee were friendly however I was not happy with the results. I went in for check engine light and another light on my dash along with having my wheel bearing or ball joint looked at. I was told I need tires (for the sound it was making) and battery(the reason my dashlights were on). I was charged $1146 for 4 tires and a battery, competitive price for the market. However it did not fix my issue. Immediately upon starting my car dashlights were still on and as I drove the noise was still there. I looked over my receipt that evening and at the bottom it said customer decline for a wheel bearing which was untrue. They told me that ball joints and everything around it was good. I went back the next day over my concerns and initially he was like yea we discussed the wheel bearing, I told him no sir we did not. All he did was give a bland sorry and told me they can fix the wheel bearing for another $800. As a single mother who saved for 3 months to 'fix' my car I didn't have another $800 to fix what they were supposed to fix the previous day. I've used them in the past before without issues however after this I will NOT be using this place any longer. I'll drive an hour with a bad wheel bearing to go to another mechanic that will at least address my concerns when I tell them what I'm wanting fixed.
