  The new manager, Claudial was extremely kind and helpful and helped me with a solution when I blew out my tire, the technician, Bryan, that replaced my tire was quick and efficient and had everything done and ready to go in 15 minutes!

  These guys were amazing On my way to church the previous day I received a 2 inch long, metal tap screw. They went completely through the tread of my truck. I had recently broken my back. I was unable to fix my own flat so I had help fixing my flat the next morning.. I took her to the tire center and they were amazing, instead of selling me a set of four tires because I have tires that were from the factory on my vehicle and about half worn out i’m also on fixed income I’m old lol they were actually able to plug my tire for me and get me back on the road to give me a little more time to save up some cashola to get some new tires.   The work and care that was put into answering all my questions and working with my lack of knowledge on cars was amazing. Claudio not only told me but showed me the crack and wear I had not seen was very appreciated. He told me and showed me every part that needed replaced . He told me about the payment center and helped me apply and it was very easy. And the customer service there as well as the location in Johnson City where I had originally stopped was wonderful. Shelby was her name there. She made the appointment for me with Claudio called when I told her that I had been there years prior and I lived in Morristown now. They had an appt at 10am the next day and she booked it for me. The work done was amazing and I could feel the difference automatically and felt safe again. Thank you so much for the amazing work and customer service that was given. I will recommend you all over and over again!
