  They came to my house and replaced my windshield but the tech broke my antenna bolt. Then proceeded to shove caulk and painters tape around it and not tell me about it. Well that did not work and it fell right over after I drove away. Safelite then had me come in to replace it after calling them. Took them a month to get the part. Then instead of coming to me where they broke it. I had to come to there shop. Which they said would take a half to replace. Well it’s been threes hours and it’s still not fixed. Thanks for wasting my time safelite. They should be refunding my deductible for time wasted at least.

  Worst customer service experience!!!! Called to get a windshield done and charlie smith store manager worst ever ...hung up on me for askin questions and when i called back wldnt give his bosses number or corporates to file a complaint because of how he disrespected me and hung up ..called another local place and got 2 vehicles lined up for Wednesday!! Will never use safelite ever again just because how charlie smith handled the situation ..note my car has a small rust spot and that was my concern ...situation was not handled in the right manner i got hung up on !! If i could leave a NO STAR INSTEAD OF A 1 STAR I WOULD

  I have nothing but great things to say. It sucks to ever need their services, but they are super nice, quick, and seem to do a really great job.
