- WRWard Roberts3 days ago5.0I wanted to give a shout out to Tim Crutchfield. I first went in a few months ago to get a new Camry and using my motorcycle as a trade in. That turned into a big ordeal because the Harley market is upside down right now. After many phone calls and change of plans, I told Tim that I would need to wait. He was always patient and never made me feel badly about it. I kept watching their used inventory for the right vehicle and settled on a 2021 Camry Hybrid. I called Tim that morning and said I was on my way and asked if he would secure the keys for that vehicle. I had to be at work that day in Knoxville by 3 and only had a few hours to get this done. Before long I was leaving with my new vehicle. Tim is patient and not pushy. He is very knowledgeable but if he doesn’t know the answer he will find out the right one and not try to lead you astray. Thank you Tim for everything! Good job!

- RQR QAug 28, 20265.0Was a great experience purchasing and driving up to get the car. It was also my dream spec too. Tim and everyone at the dealership were very kind and helpful. Tim made sure to get us situated with recommended places to stay and answering all the questions we had about the car (also any questions we had afterwards). Have had the car well over a month now and love it very much! Would certainly recommend Rusty Wallace Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car, whether from out of state or local. Definitely a memory and experience I will treasure. Thanks again
