  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with this dealership, and I can’t thank the team enough for how they handled everything. I especially want to recognize Cody and Dylan for their professionalism, honesty, and customer service throughout the entire process. After purchasing my truck, it was discovered that there had been a mistake and I had been sold a 4-cylinder model instead of the V6 that was represented. Rather than brushing it off, Cody and Dylan showed genuine empathy, listened to my concerns, and worked hard to make things right. They went above and beyond by helping switch me into the V6 Tacoma, and that level of accountability and customer care meant a lot to me. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how they’re handled. Cody and Dylan treated me with respect, valued my time, and made sure I left happy. Because of the way they took care of me, they’ve earned my trust and future business. When it’s time for my next truck or car, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this dealership and asking for Cody and Dylan. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend working with them.

  We had an experience where our son‘s car died while he was visiting from Georgia. We didn’t know what to do. We had the car taken to Rusty Wallace Toyota. They quickly evaluated the situation, gave us an honest estimate as to what the repair would be and whether it would be worth it. They then helped him buy a beautiful Toyota Corolla at a fair price and gave him a fair price for his trade, which had basically a blown engine. The way they treated us from beginning to end was personable and professional. I give high marks to both Tim and DJ for the way in which they took care of our son. We have become big fans of Rusty Wallace Toyota.

  I have been using Morristown Toyota aka Rusty Wallace Toyota for 2 years for regular car maintenance, new tires, and any other issue that may arise. Last Saturday I had schduled a routine oil change and tire rotation. The first problem is I was there 2 hours. I was having zero issues with my car, this was a routine oil change that I was actually getting a little early for convenience. When the service employee came out I was told my front break pads were at 0 and he would have to order new rotors. I was experiencing no issues with my brakes and I had not been advised I needed brake pads at my last oil change from Morristown Toyoya. He pulled the paperwork and saw that the pads were ok last time but said they may have made a mistake. He went back to measure himself and they were at 4, He took me back to look but insisted they were close to metal on metal and I would need new rotors with the pads. I told him to get my car ready, I would never be back. I also asked him to correct the paperwork so that it did not indicate 0 for the pads and a motor needed, he did not do that. So that is what will go in my file. As a woman, and now that I am older even more so, I have experienced similar things at service departments. But this was the most insulting ever. To top it off, my key fob was in the ignition when I left. When I got home and removed the key it was covered in oil. I had to clean oil off my key. Two hours for an oil change after scheduling a morning appointment, being told I needed a rotor a brake pads, and the nasty key fob. There is no excuse for trying to basically steal money from a customer and leave the key fob covered in oil. I was planning on trading in a few weeks. Toyota or Lexus was on my list. Not now. I had a bad experience at the Knoxville Toyota service center and not at Morristown Toyota. I can no longer trust their recommendations.
