We called the dealership on Friday and made the 3 hour trip from Virginia on Saturday. Theo made my first car buying experience seamless. My mom made the trip with me and said that he was the most friendly and helpful car salesman that she has ever worked with! We would make the 3 hour trip again and would recommend Theo to anyone looking to buy a car!

5 stars across the board! In March 2026, I knew I wanted the brand-new 2026 RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium, but finding one within a 200-mile radius seemed impossible. After several days of scavenging the internet, I saw that Rusty Wallace Toyota in Morristown had the exact trim, color, and specs I wanted listed as “in transit,” so I called and was transferred to the sales department. That’s when I got connected with Scott, and I’m so glad I did. This is my fourth new car purchase (and my first Toyota), so I’ve definitely dealt with my fair share of pushy or slimy salespeople over the years. Scott was the complete opposite. From our very first conversation, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me get exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. He walked me through every possible option: from changing factory interior/exterior details, to dealer trades, to Toyota allocations.. and even kept track of my backup color choices while reassuring me he’d get my preference without a problem. Sure enough, about a month later, my allocation request was approved with an estimated two-month completion date. I was quite literally jumping for joy! Then things somehow got even better: another customer ahead of me decided to purchase a different SUV before their RAV4 arrived, and their vehicle (I kid you not) happened to match my exact requested build down to every spec. Because of that, I was able to get my new RAV4 about 1.5 months earlier than expected! Throughout the entire process, Scott stayed in constant communication. He kept me updated on the vehicle’s location and expected arrival date, sent photos of similar paint colors and designs, and was always available to answer questions no matter the day or time. I never once felt forgotten or treated like “just another guaranteed sale.” When the vehicle arrived, it was ready for pickup within a day- such a fast turnaround. The test drive went as expected (the car is amazing), and the purchasing/trade-in process was even better than anticipated. Honestly, this was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The negotiation process felt relaxed and stress-free, and everyone treated us fairly and honestly. I also want to recognize Brent, the F&I Manager in Finance. He was incredibly pleasant to work with and treated us like people instead of customers to squeeze money from. If it’s not obvious already, I truly appreciate the level of service and care I received from Scott and the entire team at Rusty Wallace Toyota Morristown. They absolutely earned my trust and future business. I’m officially a Honda-turned-Toyota girl, and I fully plan on doing all my future business with the Morristown location.

I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tundra Limited and had an excellent experience working with Mr. Dylan at Toyota. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the features of the truck clearly, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase decision. The buying process was smooth and stress-free, with no pressure or games — just honest communication and great customer service. Mr. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently, and I truly appreciated how easy he made the experience.

Brought my Toyota Corolla here due to issues caused by a bad jump start on my end…pay 180$ to get a diagnosis and am told my vvt control assembly is bad and got quoted 2500$ to fix…took it to Danny at elite automotive and he found that all it needed was a cpu reset…put a new battery in and fixed the issues for 600$…would highly suggest you avoid this establishment for repairs…they’ll tell you the problem is whatever costs the most and try to get you to pay it…a simple reset and 600$ bucks fixed my issues….this place will try to break you…don’t go here if your not super rich and have money to burn…highly recommend you hit Danny at elite automotive up…their the best around…in other words…Rusty Wallace Toyota robbed me of 180$ on a diagnosis that I believe never occurred…they read a couple codes a broken ecu was throwing and went with that…even told them what happened and I believed it was a blown fuse or the cup needed wiped…nope…2500$ that wouldn’t have even fixed the problem smh do better Edited Thanks for confirming that they just looked at the codes and went with the most expensive thing they could…elite auto had my car fixed in an hour while your team wanted to charge me an arm and a leg…they didn’t bother to look at anything else that may could have caused my issues…cpu need a hard reset and had a battery put in for 600$…how can you guys justify charging 180$ for a half assed diag job…your people just want money and they don’t give a damn about the little guy…I’d give you negative stars if I could and I will most certainly do do my best to keep anyone from coming to that place…you also failed to admit that it was a wrong diagnosis as well…I can’t believe these people still have jobs

My father has been a customer of this dealership for years — he originally purchased his 2012 Corolla here and has had service work done multiple times since, including air conditioning repair. He visited recently to ask about a key fob reprogram and the experience was deeply disappointing. When my father asked to speak with a manager, the female service writer who went to retrieve one was laughing as she walked away. He could see through the glass into the back work area and saw her laughing with other employees there before the manager ever came out — clearly something dismissive had been said about him before any actual conversation started. The Service Manager then came out, never introduced himself by name, and refused my father’s polite request to discuss the issue privately in an office. He insisted on the conversation taking place in the open service area in front of other customers. When my father mentioned his history with the dealership and that he’d previously had the air conditioning repaired there, and asked about a loyalty discount, the manager responded sarcastically in a way that felt intended to embarrass him publicly — paraphrased, something like “what does that have to do with this?” The conversation never reached a resolution. The manager pressed the fob, said “yeah, it lights up,” handed the keys back, and walked off into the back work area without addressing the actual issue. My father, embarrassed by the public treatment, turned and left. I contacted the General Manager directly via email twice. The first response reframed the issue as a refusal to pay a diagnosis fee (which wasn’t accurate) and offered a conditional apology. The second response was vague and never identified the manager involved or addressed the specific conduct described. No real accountability was offered. I’m not posting this out of anger. I’m posting it because future customers — especially long-time loyal ones — deserve to know how a customer who bought his car here and serviced it here for years was treated when he came in with a simple question. We’ve also filed a formal complaint with Toyota Motor North America Customer Experience Center.
