  I always come into contact with great employees. They are pleasant and they care. It is always fully stocked with towels and cleanser. This is my favorite take 5 in the area.

  Haley, with the dark curly hair was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and a delight to meet. This young lady’s professionalism is top tier. Certainly recommend this location and service. Will be back!

  I've had my vynile RFID pass for about 2 yrs now. Two weeks or so when I scanned it at the entrance the system said my credit card was expiring soon. I walked in the car wash office and handed the pass to the manager I believe her name is Ashley. A few days later two young men employees were standing at the entrance and I drove up with pass in hand I scanned it but the gate did not open. It said I needed to update my pass as my credit card was going to expire I new that was wrong as I renewed it already. One of the imployees tried to grabbed my pass and said. Is this tag for this car. I said Ashley gave me this pass he tried to grabbed it again the the other man said it's a vynile tag. I said it's a hanging tag. He tried to take it again saying you can't have it the gare opened I drove in the and the mothy disrespectful young man ran into the car wash office and I could see him on the computer typing away. Two days later I went back to the car wash and my account was cancelled. The know it all little chip on his shoulders man got his revenge. Real nice guy. I had to back up all the way out no one was behind me. I'm going to seek legal counsel. The manager was not there on vacation I was told and also told the disrespectful man was recently transfered from the Bartlett location.
