  Within an hour of closing, they warmly told me they could do a walk-in tire eval, ran a consultation for a new tire, and changed it right then and there, despite close to closing time. Very kind and understanding gentlemen helped me over the phone, upon arrival they explained what was needed, and even escorted me to the lobby. Amazing service.

  I’ve been coming to Express Oil Change in Millington for a while now, and I always have a great experience. The guys are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service. On one visit, my oil drain plug was accidentally stripped. Mistakes can happen, but what really impressed me was how they handled it. They were completely honest about what happened, ordered the necessary parts, and fixed everything the right way without giving me the runaround. Their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to making things right are exactly why I’ll continue bringing my vehicles here. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and this team has definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!

  Called up there needing some info on a manual transmission drain and fill. Had some issues with the office, but as soon as I got in touch with the manger in Millington my whole experience changed. She sat on the phone me while she called around, made sure there was someone who could and was willing to do the work, had the correct fluid, and check the schedule to see if they would be there for me. She was very kind and just went above and beyond to help me get a baseline maintenance on a new car

  Very kind & respectful. Greg even asked if he could check my tires for me because I said something about my sensor being on but I didn’t think anything was wrong. Other than the price of being pretty steep but what isn’t right now. They also got me in and out pretty quickly.
