  The young lady who helped me today was wonderful but I have waited 45 minutes at this point and I had a reservation. I was supposed to already be on the road for a work trip. Can Enterprise corporate please get the Millington office more help!

  Mr. John Brownlee was very knowledgeable and helpful. I almost became discouraged when I couldn't rent the car I reserved but he used his expertise and pointed me to another vehicle that turned out better than the one I reserved. Absolutely loved the vehicle and the service I received, plus he was working by himself however he was helping others and getting us in and out like it was multiple people working.

  Adam at the Enterprise Memphis International Airport (MEM) location was absolutely stellar! From the moment I arrived, he provided exceptional customer service and made the entire rental experience feel effortless. He was welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of. What stood out most was Adam’s attitude. He didn’t simply go through the motions—he treated me like a valued customer. He was efficient without making me feel rushed, communicated clearly, and handled everything with warmth and confidence. After a long travel day, that level of kindness and competence makes an enormous difference. Adam is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have representing its brand. Beyond recognizing him for this outstanding experience, I strongly encourage Enterprise leadership to consider Adam for future leadership or management opportunities.   The manager at the Millington, TN location is absolutely amazing! Even before I arrived, she was helpful, professional, kind, and understanding. In person, she remained the epitome of professional customer service. Because of her, I will rent from Enterprise again.
