  Extremely frustrating experience. I booked a minivan a week in advance for a road trip scheduled the next day. When I arrived at my local office to pick it up, they told me the vehicle wasn't available. ​To make matters worse, I called the reservation number and they sent me to a second location in a different city, claiming the vehicle was there. When I arrived, they didn't have it either. I had to call reservations again, and they sent me to a third location in yet another city, only to find out they also lacked the vehicle. It was a complete waste of time. The only good thing was the staff, the people at all three locations were polite and helpful. They even advised me to stop calling the reservation line because those agents can see the inventory but have no idea about actual local bookings. ​In the end, I had to scramble across town to find another rental company at the last minute. Booking with Enterprise feels like a total lottery, even reserving days in advance guarantees absolutely nothing.

  Had an outstanding experience at this enterprise location! The customer service was top tier, professional and presented with a smile. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The rental was clean and exactly what I reserved. Would visit this location again without question.
