  I just moved to Memphis yesterday and visited this car wash for the first time. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made my day! The wash, vacuum, and everything else were perfect. Highly recommend!!

  My experience was great at Take 5, I came on to get a quick wash, and the employee Sean explained the benefits of getting a membership and it made so much sense, I signed up for the monthly package and I am enjoying it and keeping my car cleaned and detailed. Great experience.

  This location is unprofessional. One of the employees dented my truck with the brush they use upon arriving and the manager was dismissive about it because it was small. Regardless if it was big or small it’s still damage to my truck that wasn’t there before due to the carelessness of the employee. I filled out the form but the manager told me they might deny the claim. He didn’t review cameras or anything. Im cancelling my subscription due to this.
