  If I could give it an 0 I would . I had an Extremely disappointing experience at this location. The manager, Sean, was unnecessarily aggressive, hostile, and disrespectful toward me during what should have been a routine customer interaction. His demeanor escalated to yelling, berating, and insulting me in front of other employees. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and genuinely concerned that someone who interacts with the public in such an aggressive manner is in a management position. No paying customer should be spoken to or treated this way. I have submitted a formal complaint to corporate regarding his conduct as well as issued a formal complaint with the better business bureau however , for public safety and concern I wanted to leave a review here as well.
