  visited the Elvis Presley location in Memphis, TN. After paying to wash my vehicle, I was told that I was not allowed to use the vacuum. If there were restrictions on using the vacuum, I should have been informed before I spent my hard-earned money on the wash. Instead, I was told that I "should have paid attention to the cones." That response was unprofessional and dismissive. The employees were very nonchalant and rude when addressing my concern, showing no effort to explain the situation or offer a solution. Customers deserve to be informed of any service limitations before paying, not after. This experience was disappointing because of both the lack of communication and the poor customer service. I hope this location improves how it communicates with customers and trains employees to handle concerns with professionalism and respect.
