  I never leave reviews but this car wash is horrible. Went for a car wash and to clean my car out. I got the $10 simple wash and when I parked my car to vacuum I was surprised to see my whole bumper off along with the black part under it. I was so shocked I forgot to take a picture of the damage but they have cameras that clearly got the footage of my bumper being off in their parking lot after getting it washed. A worker at the time helped me put it back on but the damage is still there. My bumper is loose and will not go back on completely. I filed an incident report and was told over email they will not accept liability for the damage they caused. The picture attached is when I got home and as you can see I will have to pay out of pocket since they will not take liability. I never had a problem with my back bumper ever coming off so I know for a fact it was their equipment. Also my bumper was not hanging out or anything before going through their car wash. I am going to be taking legal action against them as well due to the damage. Do not come here if you have a nice car and take care of your vehicle.
