  I was disappointed with my experience. The staff member I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and provided good customer service, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the Pro wash itself did not meet expectations. After the wash, my vehicle still had numerous dirt streaks, smudges, and stains on both the doors and rear hatch that should have been removed during a premium wash. I left feeling like the vehicle had only been partially cleaned rather than professionally washed. Friendly employees are important, but the final result matters most. Based on the quality of the wash I received today, I can't recommend this location. I hope they improve their wash quality and quality control in the future.

  Octavious @Take5 on Perkins Road in Memphis got the extras on my vehicle I was very impressed with my car wash before and after!!!!
