  I'm a long time member with several vehicles with car wash packages I went to this Lamar location on Saturday at 11:15 am The worker took my 3 lawn chairs in sleeves out the back of my pickup truck and placed them to the side when I went through the car wash I received a phone call and forgot to grab my chairs. I returned on Sunday morning at 10:15 to get my lawn chairs and the worker there told me they got rid of them they did not have a lost and found and that it was my loss They didn't keep items over 24 hours which it had only been 23 hours and told me next time don't leave anything there if I didn't want it to get thrown away !! I believe the workers kept my chairs and just refuse to give them back I've contacted customer service and have not gotten this issue resolved yet!!! Customer service did state they had a lost and found at each location which is the opposite of what this worker told me

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience! Rod was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. He paid attention to the details, answered our questions, and provided excellent customer service. The car looked clean and spotless when they were finished. You can tell Rod takes pride in his work. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this car wash service. Thanks again, Rod!

  Rod is always pretty helpful when I visit. It’s always him & another male black that helps with each visit. The bottles & towels are always stocked & ready to go.
