  Michael, the technician who replaced my windshield, was EXCELLENT! He made up for what the front desk was lacking. HE gets my 5 star rating!

  I scheduled an appointment for 12 days in advance. They sent me a confirmation text message the day before the appointment, and I did confirm the appointment. The day they were supposed to come out to replace my windshield they gave me a five-hour window. I cleared my schedule and waited for them to come. The technician called me, but I didn't hear my phone ring but called him back within 30 minutes. I also sent a text to him but no response. All this happened in my appointment window time. So, after sitting at home waiting for five hours, they never showed up. I called them this morning to see why. I was told that even after scheduling 12 days in advance, confirming my appointment through text, clearing my schedule for the five-hour window that when the tech calls, they only have to come if you return their call in 15 minutes. This is beyond horrible customer service. Please do not waste your time with Safelite. They don't mind wasting your time.

  If I could rank only your hard-working mechanic, Safelite would get five stars. What pulled you down - hard - was the front office. I sat for nearly six hours, waiting for me car. I had an 11:00 appointment. I didn't get to leave until 5:00 that evening. Every time I asked one of the women at the front desk for a status report, the answer was "your car is next." It turns out (thanks to the mechanic who shared this information with me) there was only one mechanic available that day. Why the women at the front desk couldn't be more transparent and share that with me is a mystery. Why they didn't offer to reschedule me is a bigger mystery yet. Instead, there I sat. I'm darned glad I didn't have a job to get to or kids waiting for me at home. This appalling lack of service has turned me off Safelite forever. There was no excuse.

  Our technician, Joe, was excellent! On time, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. He worked a diligently to replace my windshield, and the process was easy for all of us! He was able to replace and recalibrate with no issues, and we were quickly on our way. Thank you so much for a great experience! Joe is definitely an asset to the company. The experience was a 10 out of 10.

  I warn you to never ever ever book service for a Land Rover repair with this company. I have had 3 appointments in 2 states and still do not have the windsheild repaired. It gets better. 1 year ago with the same vehicle it took them 3 appointments to get it repaired. That's 3 appointments each time that they make me drive there to them drop it off and then hours later I have to go back and get the un repaired vehicle. It's a nightmare. Months on end driving a brand new vehicle with a broken window. They have good service for Jeep, but Land Rover appears out of their capabilities.
