  Safelite AutoGlass did a great job replacing the windshield on my Land Rover Defender, and I was pleased with the quality of the work. However, I am giving four stars because my mobile appointment was canceled at the last minute, and I was asked to bring my vehicle to the shop instead. This was inconvenient since the at-home service had been promised and was the reason I scheduled the appointment. Overall, the repair itself was handled professionally, but the scheduling and communication could have been better.

  The Safelite tech was not only on time, but he explained each step in layman's the terms that anyone could understand. He was polite, efficient, and in less than one hour, he had replaced my windshield, cleaned up in and around my truck and was on his way. I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing any automotive glass replacement. They know how to do it right.

  Fast friendly service. The convenience of him coming to my home yo repai my windshield was a huge help. The repair technician was professional, friendly, and quick. He had great communication before he came and all the way through end of the service. He did a great job.

  Apparently theres a trend going on with this store. Made a online appointment for my windshield to be replaced. Get the email that a tech by the name of Cody was to be there between 12 and 5 pm. I have sat here with the vehicle prepped and waiting for 6 hrs. And no one has called or texted any kind of communication what so ever. This is poor management. And corporate needs to step in and do something with this.

  1 star because 0 is not an option. Two very unpleasant visits. First: May 4, 2026. Scheduled for windshield replacement at my house for a 2023 BMX X3. Window for repair 08:00am - 12:00pm - confirmed multiple times. Get call 10:45 asking me to come to the store on Covington Pike since 'very difficult' to calibrate in the field and 'if we need to finish calibration, you have to come to the store to finish.' Schedule for at home repair for reason which was not spending four hour away from home for replacement. While at site for replacement, one than one customer entered requiring calibration as field calibration failed. Second: August 3, 2026. Scheduled for 7:00am windshield replacement for 2021 BMW 330i. Decided to schedule in store replacement following previous issues with at home replacement. 90 Minutes into repair window, told by technician that having problems with calibration and will have to use 3rd party software/device to hopefully calibrate - otherwise will have to take car myself to BMW for calibration. Broken windshield has not been remove as of yet. At 2hr15 minute point, Covington site Manger calls me to his office. 'Good news, windshield complete and calibration complete. Bad news, you know those Memphis potholes, well, at least you have run flat tires. We hit one on the road calibration portion.' Direct manager to take me to my car. Left front is not only flat, which is all the manager says is wrong and 'can get you are replacement tire is available in 3-5 hours.' Wheel is physically bent. Manager insist can bend it back. I tell him I am taking to a BMW facility for estimate and repairs as not only is rim bent, tire flat, but suspension in question. He insists the wheel shop down the street can bend it back. I call my insurance company - the ones who are in partner with Safelite and why I was there - start a claim and drive to the only BMW facility in the area. Not only is wheel bent, but cracked entirely along the drum. Car which just had full service to include an alignment less than a month earlier, also has a bent front right. Safelite and their insurance refuse to cover anything not attributed to front left. New wheel, new tire, alignment. I pay for the right front wheel. Get home, open trunk and see that items normally secured and require force to remove, are thrown all about in the trunk - 1st Aid kit broken open. Disarray as if my car was airborne or really took some hits. That pot hole they hit causing this damage - apparently in the Covington Pike location's parking lot. Manager was aware of the pot hole How fast was the technician driving my car for the road calibration to cause that amount of damage? While I sat there for the replacement, more than one customer came in requiring in-shop calibration as calibration at home failed for them as well. Hopeful this is merely a Covington Pike site issue and not Safelite in general. Regardless - my insurance company of 34 years knows that any windshield repairs or replacements will no longer be covered by their partner, Safelite.
