⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an outstanding experience at Point S Tires in Bartlett. I brought my 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE in for a wheel alignment, and Bradley and the entire team were exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. They took the time to educate me on every aspect of the alignment process, explaining exactly what they were checking and why. I truly appreciated their honesty in letting me know my Highlander was already in great shape rather than trying to sell me services I didn’t need.
The difference after the alignment was incredible. When I drove away, it honestly felt like I was driving a brand-new vehicle. The steering wheel is perfectly centered, the steering feels tight and responsive, and the ride is smooth.
It’s refreshing to find a team that combines honesty, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Bradley, and the entire team at Point S Tires in Bartlett. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional automotive care.

Very disappointing experience.
I brought my truck in for brake repairs and installation of an electric vacuum pump for a cammed truck. Before towing it in, I confirmed the known issues, including a damaged caliper, brake pads/rotors, ABS-related concerns, and the vacuum pump installation. Multiple mechanics, including the original cam installer, had previously advised that the vacuum pump would likely address the low-speed brake stiffness issue.
After the truck arrived, I was initially told the pump could not be installed because it was an aftermarket part. Later, the shop agreed to install it and advised that it improved the issue.
I also requested repair of several known issues, including brakes, ABS-related components, emergency brake cable concerns, and front-end issues. Some of these items were either not completed or remained unresolved.
After more than 30 days in the shop, I paid approximately $2,500 and received the truck back with ongoing issues, including active brake/ABS warning lights and a soft brake pedal. Shortly afterward, the truck also began experiencing electrical stalling issues that were not present before the repair.
I returned the truck to give the shop an opportunity to correct the issue, but the problems persisted and I ultimately had to take the vehicle to another repair facility for further diagnosis.
Overall, this experience resulted in significant downtime, additional expenses, and loss of use of my work vehicle.

Yesterday my wife had a screw go into her tire. She pulled in, asked them to take a look and ended up having it repaired. Thank you for helping her at a last minute notice. Great team.

Nick, Bradley, and his team did an excellent job! Replaced all four tires, four tire pressure sensors, and both front strut assemblies. Customer service was excellent and the job was completed within a respectable timeframe.
