  Check in at Memphis airport was at first not so great the lady was more concerned about her break. The Second Gentleman who helped me was amazing. Made check in easy. Also return was a breeze. Returned to STL and the attendant greeted us and helped with luggage. He also guided us to the shuttle. Will definitely use National again.

  The ease of check-in and return, and the great client services. The return support and thorough check by Mr. Curtis was appreciated. He ensured to check that my rental experience was good and met to the high standards that National holds. I further appreciated him double checking all areas of the vehicle upon return making sure I left nothing behind. As always, the selection options are always top tier and makes my travels the absolute best. I will typically always choose National. I travel alot, and am now looking at other company options for pet friendly rentals. Overall, always have a great experience with National especially at this location.

They have a great selection of clean, well-maintained vehicles, and the customer service is always excellent. A special thank you to Phil, who truly goes above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and hassle-free. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. Highly recommend National at MEM!

  I needed to bring the grandchildren to see Dad in MS (Biloxi AFB) and for a visit back home in Atlanta, GA. We met mom in Memphis, and National was the ONLY rental company to have a vehicle available for 6+ passengers. Great car (Nissan pathfinder), great folks in MEM, great performance on the open road, and a seamless return at ATL. Thank you!!

  We were in town for a family reunion when we experienced unexpected technical difficulties with our van. Before meeting these young men, we spent a great deal of time dealing with long phone waits and lines, which made an already stressful situation even more challenging. When we arrived at the National location at the Memphis airport, we had the pleasure of meeting Jason and Lafayette as well who both were Godsend! From the moment we spoke with Lafayette he showed nothing short of dedication. Lafayette was on correction mode fixing the issues exchanging the van. Both Jason and Lafayette work showering professionalism, shined extremely showing kindness, and genuine commitment to helping customers stood out. Their exceptional customer service was not only professional but work swiftly but authentic — you could truly see that they cared and loved what they do! It is refreshing to encounter young men who takes pride in their work and treats people with respect and patience. Jason and Lafayette went above and beyond to assist us, and we sincerely appreciate the positive impact they both made during our experience.
