- CMCaiman McDonald4 days ago5.0I was in the middle of a road trip across the country and on the highway my car started shaking so I brought it to Midas and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The customer service guys were INCREDIBLE. We were stuck there for almost 4 hours and they were so transparent about the service that was needed and explained why. They also kept me and my friends entertained while we waited. I’m bad at writing reviews but I couldn’t recommend this location enough!!!! I truly hope I never break down in Memphis again but if I did I’d go there lol.
