  Rob and Bui helped out my Honda. Phenomenal customer service, got me in and out in within the hour. Very communicative with prices/deals and car status too. Needed an oil change urgently, and needless to say, they went above and beyond. Would come back again.

  Did great work did not take their time. Inspected my car thoroughly and gave me the report and this is probably the only minus I would ever use because the minus and all a branch treat you like crap but these people were really nice and polite and did their job. I had no problems with them. Great work.

  Unfortunately, this is now my second bad experience with the Midas on Summer & Highland (formerly Right Tire). Most recently, I went in for an alternator issue and was quoted around $1,500 for the repair. After I questioned the price, they were suddenly able to bring it down to around $1,000. I got a second opinion from another reputable shop and had the same repair done for around $700. Midas also recommended a new battery even though mine is fairly new and had just tested good at an auto parts store. This wasn’t the first time. A few months ago, they replaced my oil pan with the wrong one, and my vehicle was still leaking when I picked it up. I had to bring it back the next day. During that visit they also recommended roughly $2,000 in additional work for a supposed power steering leak. I declined it, and four months later my power steering has been completely fine. The employees have always been friendly and professional, but after two experiences like this, I won’t be going back. I genuinely felt like I was being taken advantage of. Get a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here.

  They are good guys at this location, they really care about giving good Service ,by calling and texting with vehicle status and ready to answer any questions.👍🏽 very satisfied.
