  Dispatcher was the most difficult part, service and team was amazing, got my tires through them a bit ago and they are holding to the guarantee where it was clearly a tire manufacturer error Overall wonderful experience!

  Came in for an oil change and needed a new tire. Wasn't planning on getting the tire there but they beat the price and warranty at costco and gave me way more information about my car! Always fantastic customer service! Jimmy was helpful and I forget the name of the other guy who helped me....maybe Shiloh or something like that. Either way I will be back!

  Horrible .. would not recommend. They left my oil cap off and my car has been spilling oil for a week. Oil dripping from my car . I thought it was coolant due to the extreme heat and running A/C but no when I went to get my bumper replaced it has been leaking oil all over my engine parts and the cap is just sitting right under the hood. Someone is going to have to answer for this. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. I had a gut feeling as soon as I drove off the lot on Monday. I immediately turned back around and questioned them about my oil change because the incorrect oil was listed on my receipt. They said it was a system error and it happens all the time. I don’t believe that . Especially after finding out the oil cap was just sitting under my hood causing oil splash everywhere. Too leave the oil cap off is careless especially if it is apart of the inspection process. I would give 0 stars if I could. Now I have to take my car to the dealership to see what damages this mishap potentially caused. I will take this matter to the furthest extent possible.
