- MHMario HowellSep 26, 20261.0I am highly disappointed with these metallic brakes. How does brand new brakes start squeaking a few days after getting them? I was not explained or given the option of metallic vs ceramic brakes. After paying 700+ dollars then want to charge and additional 85.99 to change out the brakes from metallic to ceramic. This service sucks.
- RJRaymond Moore Jr.Sep 23, 20265.0I've received excellent service from knowledgeable technicians for my vehicle at Midas on Brookhaven Circle!
- CLCynthia LuteySep 14, 20265.0Very upfront about pricing and quick to complete work. Friendly staff. Transparent pricing.
- RBRichard BrysonSep 11, 20265.0New manager made us feel comfortable. Explained everything in detail and didn’t force unwanted services on us. 10/10
- VGVance D. GambleAug 29, 20265.0Five stars for the Midas Auto Service Experts on E. Brookhaven Circle in Memphis. I came in for brake work and ended up staying a while, but the time flew by because of how welcoming and attentive this team is. Kelsey kept me informed the whole way through, and London and Jimmy were just as friendly and customer-focused. George, the technician who did the work, clearly takes pride in doing it right. The quality of the work and the customer experience were both excellent. This is my go to shop now for car service— I trust the staff and I trust the workmanship. If you’re in the Greater Memphis area and need honest service, go see them!
