And after speaking with Jeff, the estimator, I knew I was in very good hands. I valued his friendliness, the care with which he reviewed the damage, the thoroughness with which he explained each step of the repair process and how he encouraged me to ask questions about anything I didn't understand. He also gave me a very clear idea of the time the repairs would take which proved to be very accurate. And the work itself was done on time and done perfectly with the body beautifully restored and the entire car - exterior and exterior - as clean as when I purchased it new.
