  Monroe (manager) provided great customer service and this location is one of my new Enterprise locations for rentals. I saw him manage a frustrated customer (not at any fault of Monroe's), but he maintained empathy for their situation while affirming what he can do, but explained the rules and limitations. Every rental company has rules. I've been there, but it takes a certain character to maintain your poise and keep calm. It really does.

  Raven is amazing! I had a rental scheduled for pickup at 11am. At 8am, Raven called and told me there were no cars on the lot and I'd be added to a waitlist with 15 to 20 other people in front of me to get a car. I was very annoyed, but Raven sounded so upbeat and friendly, it was hard for me to be mad at her - so I waited. I called a few hours later to check in, and Raven told me that I was next in line for a car and that she would call me when it was ready and I didn't have to worry about calling her. Sure enough, she called me around 2pm to let me know they had a car for me. It was a compact SUV instead of a full size SUV, but Raven made the situation right and was able to offer some much appreciated discounts. Every single interaction I had with Raven was a joy. She was so positive and friendly and accommodating, and she turned a situation that might have made me avoid Enterprise in the future into a situation that makes me want to continue renting at this location (they have been great in the past as well). Thank you for a TRULY exceptional customer service experience, Raven!

  Literally one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had - and I’m old and can be a royal pain to deal with! Super kind humans work here - won’t bore ya with my story but the folks here went above and beyond to assist me - above and beyond. Amazing humans - rent from them!

  I scheduled my pick up on the Saturday prior to the Wednesday that I intended to rent for 9am. Admittedly, I ran behind and showed up closer to 11am. I was initially addressed by Wayne, who was incredibly rude. He had his feet up on the desk, in my face when he called me over, as if sitting up properly was too much of a bother. He said they’d tried to reach out the day prior to let me know that no luxury cars were available, which was fine. He then said it would be a while because I was late, which, again, totally fine. He said he had to finish up with the call he was on and walked off, slamming the door behind him. Monroe was on a call at the time but the second that he was done, he addressed me properly and was extremely helpful in letting me know what was happening. Apparently, they were not only out of luxury cars, but all cars, so someone was being sent to Southaven to pick them up. He explained it would be at least an hour but I could either wait there or be driven home by an associate. He ended up redirecting me to the other Poplar location where I was able to receive a car quickly. I did have to backtrack once arriving at home due to the plate being expired but the young ladies at this location were more than happy to get the proper plates on. I was in an out very quickly. Overall, decent experience. Wayne’s attitude needs some serous work but Monroe and the other employees were fantastic.
