  Excelente servicio. La persona que me atendió fue muy amable y paciente. Sin duda volvería alquilar aquí en esta sede. Todo fue muy rápido para recoger el vehículo solo demore 4 minutos. Y para entregarlo demore 3 minutos todo es muy rápido y sin compliques. Muchas Gracias enterprise.

  It appears that there are several Andrews employed as managers at Enterprise in Memphis, Tennessee. Initially, I frequented the Poplar and Tillman location, where the manager, Andrew, consistently demonstrated exceptional assistance regardless of the circumstances. Notably, there have been instances of complex situations. Following a minor fender bender, I was required to rent a car, and I was aware that Enterprise had always provided an exceptional experience. Consequently, I encountered a manager at the Poplar and Tillman location who bore the same name as Andrew (although not the correct Andrew) and who had relocated to the Poplar and White station. This particular manager at the Poplar and Tillman location exhibited extreme rudeness. It was only fifteen minutes before closing time, and he acted as if he was unwilling to assist me, refraining from smiling and displaying a curt and unfriendly demeanor. Consequently, I decided to visit the Poplar and White station, where the other Andrew had transferred. Once again, he went above and beyond to assist me with challenging situations. Notably, his assistant, Lia, was also trained in the same manner to treat customers with utmost respect and courtesy. Given that this is the only location I will utilize, they recognize that whether a customer is new or a frequent patron, they are treated with the same level of respect and service. I intend to continue using this location as long as Andrew and Lia are employed there. If you are seeking exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge, and a respectful and courteous staff, I highly recommend visiting Enterprise at White Station and Poplar.
