    The drive in this vehicle was very nerve racking because the tire pressure alert stayed on the majority of the rental, even after "adding air" (it even looked to have a service alert warning symbol). But in the end, returning the vehicle was a very pleasant experience; Jacob provided A-1 customer service.

    I thoroughly enjoy my recent car rental at Enterprise. I was offered a Honda Civic. It was in great condition that was clean and comfortable and saved a lot on gas. Looking for to renting with Enterprise again.

    Mangerment was very rude and gave the car I suppose to be renting to another young lady as I was standing in store trying to dealing with a very important matter.. then lied about not being able to help book another car.. I understand they close at 12.. if the customer is in the office you should help them.. will not be coming here again or recommend this location

    I truly appreciate the Team Members at the Memphis Downtown location. They are always honest about the availability of cars and is willing to make sure my needs are taken care of in a professional manner.

    Very disappointed with my reservation made here. I was supposed to get the car here and then I received an email and a call to pickup at 1105 Ingram Blvd West Memphis, AR 72301, but neither had the car I reserved. At this location the lady said you can see I do not have any cars!!
