  Yo hice una reserva en la oficina de winchester rd por un suv Nissan Pathfinder o similar para mas comodidad y tuve que viajar incomodo y con el espacio limitado ya que me asignaron un auto nissan altima . Y el tiempo de espera fue largo . Soy cliente de ustedes desde hace un par de años y primera vez que me sucede este tipo de inconveniente .

  The staff at this location should be the standard for all locations. They were courteous, friendly and understanding. Justin Long was very nice, he and his staff especially the lady with the blonde taper cut deserve lots of recognition. Sorry I forgot your name. The handled everyone with care even with it being busy. Thank you to all the Centennial location staff.

  I came to rent a car and was told to return in an hour because it needed an oil change. When I returned, I was still waiting, and no one informed me that the vehicle was also waiting for a glass repair. I sat there for quite some time before finally asking what the issue was. Fortunately, I had not already taken my car to the shop, but both my time and the time of the person who came with me to drive my car back were wasted. Better communication would have prevented this inconvenience. I finally received the car, and I want to acknowledge that the young man who assisted me was very nice and professional. My concern is not with the staff member who helped me, but with the lack of communication. I was told the vehicle only needed an oil change, so I returned expecting it to be ready. However, no one informed me that it had also been sent for a glass repair. As a result, I spent a considerable amount of time waiting without knowing the reason for the delay. A simple update would have made a big difference and helped avoid the frustration and inconvenience. Better communication with customers regarding delays and additional repairs would be greatly appreciated.
