  Came in for a rental was told they didn’t have any cars and they where about to close even tho we booked 2 days ahead so your reservations are not guaranteed!!!!!!

  This place sucks.we pulled up and seen our reserved van leaving. They told us our van was a broke down one in the corner. We have been here waiting for almost 2hrs and still no van here. Its ridiculous.

  Worst experience ever, did not provide car on time even after booking, I had to cancel my other reservations because of it. Never booking from enterprise again.

  After the downtown location “couldn’t find” my reservation i made 2 days ago for today, i searched & searched to find a location with a vehicle available. We made the reservation at 5:38. Sped to this location. Pulled in at 5:58 having just realized they closed at 6, but again this is all because of a screw up from this same company. The employee walked to the door and locked it as we got out of the vehicle & then watched us at the door instead of at least telling us he couldn’t help us. Never sent the text or email for the confirmation after the phone call either. Never told us they closed at 6 and to hurry to get there. Not professional at all. Now after multiple tries to get a rental car, i have no way to my vacation i was supposed to leave for hours ago.

  Everything went well. Staff was very accommodating with changes and extentions. Extremely satisfied.
