  Not what it used to be. And do not visit the Brooks Road outlet in Memphis unless you want to be delayed, interrogated and made to feel there’s a good chance you will damage or steal a car—in order to sell their supplemental insurance. And check the windshield fluid before you leave the lot.

  Worst experience ever!!!! This location has the least trained staff I've ever encountered while renting a vehicle from enterprises. I was literally in the payment process when I was denied my rental from a staff member who wasn't aware of the company policy. Imagine being out of state and denied your rental mid transaction. Management did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation either. I will never forget how I was treated at this location. Sad

  Gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. I arrived at my pick up appointment only to be told they couldn't accommodate me. OK cool. It happens. They then set me up with a rental in Memphis on E. Brooks Rd. Which is right at an hour and a half away. Only to arrive and be told they had no vehicle and there was nothing they could do. Horrible experience. This has been a horrible experience. Definitely dont recommend. Why couldn't they just call and inform me of this instead of sending me on this wild goose chase?

  This branch manager (Moriah) just called me 12 hours before my reservation to tell me that they couldn’t fulfill the reservation and attempted to stick me in an economy car. She proceeded to argue with the customer and cancel my reservation. Offered zero options to find me another reservation, just cancelled it. 0 / 5. ….I see the corporate customer service response below, which I did, except by phone. The customer service rep advised me I’d be called back “with priority” by the regional manager. This also didn’t happen. The real issue here is no one wants to make a few phone calls to help solve a problem anymore. Easier to smash the cancel button.
