  I know I am a little late with this review. A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure and satisfaction of going to Enterprise on Brooks road in Memphis,Tn. Miss Moriah, Mr. Juan, & Mr. Jordan gave me the utmost respect when renting a vehicle from their location. I didn't have a problem checking in or out. When I do come back to Memphis, I will be checking in with Entreprise Car Rental on Brooks Rd.

  I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM ENTERPRISE ON BROOKS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND ALWAYS RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE IF I NEED THEM AGAIN BROOKS ROAD HERE I COME.

  Deep clean and neutralize marijuana smells and don't rent to customers until the odor is gone. Ensure the car you give the customer matches the receipt.

  The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with Enterprise. My husband and I own a trucking company and are Platinum members, so we use Enterprise often. On 4/28/2026, we were traveling through Memphis when a family emergency came up and we needed to get home ASAP. We didn’t want to travel in our semi truck, so we made a reservation at the Brooks Rd location since it was close to where we parked our truck. We did everything right — booked in advance and received confirmation for a 5:30 PM pickup. As soon as I walked in, the branch supervisor, Jordan, approached me and asked if I was there to pick up a car. I said yes, and with a very nasty attitude he said, “Well, we just gave away our last car, so you’ll have to come back tomorrow.” I tried to explain that I had a confirmed reservation, but he immediately became combative. I then realized he had just rented the last vehicle to someone he personally knew who arrived about 30 minutes before my scheduled time. When I questioned him about it, he became extremely unprofessional, used profanity, and walked away, leaving me standing there. I contacted corporate while still inside the branch, and during that call, he told me to leave the property or he would call the police. The representative on the phone heard his behavior and tone the entire time. I also have a recording of the interaction that shows his rudeness. I will send this to corporate. This was completely unacceptable. As a business owner whose employees regularly rent through Enterprise using a corporate discount, the way I was treated by a branch supervisor is beyond disappointing. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider using Enterprise in the future.

  My wife and I rented a cargo van for the weekend and the experience was great. Josh called the day before to verify the details of the rental. The van was ready when we got there the next day. The check out process was quick and easy. We brought it back on Monday and I was checked out in less than five minutes beginning to end. Good vehicle, good service, reasonable price. Kudos to Josh and Enterprise.
