  For 20+ years I have rented a vehicle from Enterprise Mt. Moriah location and have never had an issue as bad as today. I booked to pick up today at 9am. I received a phone call to confirm my reservation in which I did. I arrived at 8:45am and waited in the lobby with a customer whom had already been seated when I arrived. There was a young lady who had just arrived, walked in the door and asked me had I been helped. I said no. She proceeded to assist me and then informed me that she did not have any SUVs and that the next return would be 11:30am which was totally unacceptable. I told her that. I had to be in Nashville today. She said she had a car but it was smaller which again was unacceptable. She was so nonchalant about assisting me that I told her to just cancel the reservation and also cancel my reservation for September. She didn’t bother to call another store or anything. She just said ok and didn’t care. I wish I had got her name.

  Vehicle not ready. Male member that checked us in had a flippant attitude. Needs to work on customer service. Will not be returning to this location again.

  Horrible service from the time they called me to confirm, the day before my reservation. I show up the day the call was reserved, do the process along with payment and when I go to look at the vehicle, instead of a Nissan Altima they have some kind of small Mitsubishi, that they said was an upgrade. It clearly was not, it was smaller than the Altima. I asked if there was another vehicle that I could get and the mit whose attitude was definitely not one who should be dealing with the public, made it clear that it was all they had. I reserved this vehicle the beginning of June and now the day of they come with this mess. I am extremely disappointed in Enterprise because I expected better service.Not only did I not get the vehicle but now I have to wait 7-10 days to be refunded the money that I paid. Never again!!!!! They definitely need to work on getting the right employees for those types of positions. Horrible service and if it’s like this at all locations, it’s a horrible company!

  Very friendly professional service. No issues with customer service or the vehicle I rented. Will go back to the Mt Moriah location in the future
