The manager attitude is horrible she was so mad with the customers that she and the employee Heaven at the front dest started fighting she literally pulled the girl hair I would never rent here! - TKTaylor KingApr 2, 20261.0Upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the check engine light was already on and the tire pressure warning light repeatedly kept coming on during my drive. Being placed in a vehicle with active warning indicators is both unprofessional and unsafe. What made this situation even more frustrating was that when I contacted staff regarding the issue, I was informed that I could not switch the vehicle out at the airport location. As a customer, I should never be expected to continue driving a vehicle that is clearly indicating mechanical issues. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the level of care and safety your company provides to its customers. Renting a vehicle should come with the assurance that the car has been properly inspected and is safe to operate. Because of this experience, I will not be renting through your company again. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure other customers are not placed in similar situations.
