  This was an amazing experience. Second time around buying a car with enterprise. Corea was sooo informative, kind, caring and made sure this was a seamless experience. Very professional 10/10 I highly recommend!!!!

  Jazmyn and Noah were so helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. I did not walk on the lot with the intentions of buying a car but instead just taking a look at what they had. After my first interaction with Jazmyn, I knew then that I would be walking away with the car today she made everything so simple and easy to understand. She even took the time out to make me feel like I was the star of the show I had my toddler with me in the entire staff was kind and understanding of her being a little on the loud and rambunctious side. When I got home with the car later that night, I was having second thoughts about the car I had chose. After driving it again the next day, I decided it was not the car for me. I returned to the lot and Miss Aaliyah assisted me because Jazmyn was off. They didn’t make me feel like I was a burden or a bother for no longer being satisfied the first car she and Noah just made sure that I had the right car this time. Overall, my experience was very pleasurable and I now have a new look on the car buying process.

  Once again I am very disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at least this time the car was attempted to be washed the windows was wiped clean with soapy towel it was terrible couldn't hardly see through them and the once again the reservoir for the washer fluid was empty

  Over the weekend, my vehicle was totaled and my insurance company advised I could get a discounted rental car from Enterprise. Upon pick up, the representative asked if I was interested in getting contacted by their car sales department which I agreed to. I want to say less than 24 hours after I got my rental, Cameron M. Reached out to me about meeting up to view vehicles. Still melancholy , I explained I was waiting for my insurance to proceed with the total loss. He said he understood and he would reach out later this week. When we spoke again, I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, June 25th however conflicts arose and I needed to reschedule. I reached out to Enterprise and spoke with Jasmine who scheduled our appointment a day earlier (today). Cameron reached out to confirm and tell me he’d see me later on. Once I arrived, everyone was attentive and directed me towards Cameron. After introductions, Cameron made a list of my preferences, limitations and expectations for my new vehicle. He also introduced me to his manager, Jonah who reassured me that they would provide top tier service. The first vehicle Cameron showed me was a 2024 Buick Encore, all black. The car got a 9.5/10 for me because it was basically everything I wanted! The following vehicles were just as nice but Cameron would mention my expectations and continued to discuss other options. Yet I felt the Buick was the best. After a call with my mom, (yes, he was quite patient with me), I decided to move forward with the Buick. Cameron was exceptional with discussing my finance options and next steps thoroughly and concise. Throughout the process, he would address my wants to remind me that he was listening and there to provide the best service. Jonah and Jasmine even stopped by to speak to me. If anyone asks me where to get a vehicle in Memphis, I’ll say Enterprise on Covington, ask for Cameron.
