  They didn't have the vehicle we rented available. They only wanted to give us $50 credit for the inconvenience and still never did. We had to call around talking to person after person. In the ene we gave up. We rented a 15 passengers had to take a 12. It was a horrible experience.

  They left us hanging. We reserved a car. When we arrived we walked like miles to get to the rental booth and were told there were no cars. So we had to scramble back to the airport take Lyft to hotel. Needless to say we won’t ever use Budget.

  Agent was kinda rude. Talked too fast when I was asking for details needed to obtain a rental car. She came off as if she thought she was better than me.
