- PMPatrick McCarney2 days ago5.0I ordered a small car for my wife and myself. I was given an almost new 7 seater van for the same price. This was a pleasant surprise. It was large and comfortable and felt very safe. Everything worked perfectly and it was a pleasure to drive. I would certainly use Budget again.

- SDSherrie DapperMar 26, 20261.0If I could 0 I would . The lady their is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When she called to confirm my appointment I was at work and super busy and she was very rude . Said be here before 5 pm and hung up (mind you my appointment to pick up was at 5pm due to me not getting off work until 4pm ) so I took off early to appease her . And then I go in to get my card . When she got an attitude when asking if paying with credit card or debit . We said debit she said where is your proof of residence . Tossed a paper at me and my husband. I said all our stuff like that is digital. My husband asked if we could email or show her and got rude again and said nope need photo copy (mind you with out looking our way and off doing what ever she was doing ) . I WALKED OUT ! BUDGET WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . I work in customer service and I never understood the reason for "professional " employees to be so nasty rude to people !
