  When we spoke with the gentleman yesterday he told us the documents we had were fine. However upon arrival we were told that they weren't sufficient. I ended up having to take an extra hour to obtain the correct documents on a tight time-line when I could've completed this yesterday.

  He went over and beyond(Darius) I wish I could get him a raise. He deserved all 10 STARS Everything went Smooth and Easy. Great customer service. He was the only person working. LOVE this place

  Rented vehicle upon return. There was a inspection, I was told. Everything was okay an hour later. I get a phone call telling me there was a chip in the windshield. And apparently, the inspection was not able to be seen due to bug guts in the crack. I have tried to reach out to several people with no response. They have officially taken all of our money for deposit. This place is a scam, do not rent from them all.They want to do is take your money.

  We rented a vehicle 2 months before our trip. We received a call the day we were to pick up stating or booking was canceled due to them being over booked. We are positive we booked well in advance to have a vehicle, Inexcusable!!!

  Due to an error by a Budget agent at this location, my wife was not listed as a second driver on our rental agreement, even though she was supposed to be. As a result, she was stopped by the police and faced the risk of the vehicle being impounded and potentially being detained. I had to interrupt an important work meeting and drive in person to the rental location to resolve the issue, because I was unable to reach a human representative through their automated phone system, which kept me stuck in a continuous loop. This situation caused significant stress, disruption, and could have led to far more serious consequences due to the company’s negligence. I expect appropriate compensation and strongly urge others to double-check their rental agreements before leaving the counter.
