  Excellent rental store, staff extremely friendly and helpful. We rented a car for two weeks, staff were knowledgeable and made the entire process manageable and easy. The car was in great condition, very knew and no issues at all.

  Darius was so awesome I thought I had lost my reservations but he was so helpful and pulled it right up! We been renting from 6 years now every other year for our family vacation in Detroit Michigan and they take care of us every time!

  First of all, I did not get the vehicle that I reserved. I received a call from Budget 40 minutes before I was to pick up my vehicle and was informed that the suv I reserved was not available because the customer EXTENDED their reservation! That did not make any sense to me because I know that Budget has a fleet of vehicles. When I got to the rental facility, there were suv(s) lined up that Tia informed me were reserved for other customers. I received a gas guzzling van! I waited 2 hours at the Mt. Moriah Budget location for the van Budget RESERVED for me to drive to literally be driven from the Airport location up the street! I was frustrated and very disappointed. The compensation given for the inconvenience does not equate. I gave Budget rental the 5 rating only because the customer service agents were professional. I had a 4 hour delay due to waiting on my reserved vehicle for 2 hours. The delay caused a domino affect and I had to delay my schedule accordingly. I did not arrive to my destination at the original scheduled time; therefore, the first day missing a half-day of the conference I was attending. I am a very disgruntled customer at this point and I will have to seriously reconsider ever leasing a vehicle from Budget again!

  When we spoke with the gentleman yesterday he told us the documents we had were fine. However upon arrival we were told that they weren't sufficient. I ended up having to take an extra hour to obtain the correct documents on a tight time-line when I could've completed this yesterday.
