  Larger facility that feels like a typical neighborhood store. Similar to store on Summer. Glad I visited even though it's not my neighborhood store.

  ****UPDATE**** Nothing is less sincere than getting the same auto response as every other low start review listed that shows zero intent on correcting the issue, or even responding in a meaningful way that actually effects any kind of change or accepts any kind of accountability. This has happened on time too many to keep letting it go with Auto Zone. Here is the latest experience: I came in yesterday to buy a part for my passenger window. I had by tag number AND my VIN number on hand and asked the clerk REPEATEDLY to verify the part to make certain it is correct because they have given me the wrong part at this location more than once only to get home, tear apart my truck and lo and behold...wrong part. I was assured "no man, this is the right part". He absolutely refused to verify it by VIN or tag number. I get home, car torn apart, and guess what. WRONG PART. Needless to say I am less than happy. I return to store to exchange the part. Clerk insists he can’t exchange the $115 part, he ONLY has the ability to issue a refund and then re-charge my card. I explain, I don’t want my money tied up all weekend in pending transactions. Clerk insists, “no man, it will be instant”. And of course, it that was not the case. The debits were instant, of course. The credit isn’t even showing as pending yet. So now I have over $300 tied up all weekend because a clerk was either too lazy or too ignorant to do the job correctly in the first place then compounded by a clerk either lying, too lazy, or too ignorant to fix the mistake they created in the first place. HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Serious training or re-training is urgently needed.

  Carter T was awesome! I needed my battery checked out. Carter came out check my cars computer system and the battery code came up we went back in the store and he walked me through the purchase of a new battery installed it and added the old core price back to my card!!! Great Job Carter Derrick A.
