  Extremely unhelpful service. I tried to return something to this location and the staff refused. Staff were helping other customers or talking to each other instead of helping me. Finally after half an hour said that they couldn’t take the return. Very rude.

Big E (Elvis) and Larry W. are the *real* dynamic duo - the kind of team whose smiles, actions, and genuine care remind you that great service still exists. I came in looking for a small brake and cruise‑control stopper for my Nissan Xterra. "Larry" greeted me the moment I walked in. I showed him a YouTube video of the exact part I needed, and without hesitation he walked straight to the rack and handed me the correct item. While checking out, he made it clear: "If anything wasn’t right, keep the packaging intact and he’d exchange or refund it." Professional. Confident. Helpful. I went outside to install the stoppers in the parking lot, and that’s when **Big E — Elvis** stepped in like a true neighborhood hero. After I backed up to check my lights in the window, he noticed my **left taillight was out**. Not only did he tell me what needed to be done — he **helped me do it**. He had me borrow a Phillips screwdriver from inside so we could remove the taillight assembly. He also remembered that I had bought taillight repair tape from this same location two months ago - and let me know it was the wrong type for what I needed today. He told me to go in and exchange it for the correct one. Together, we replaced the bulb, reinstalled the taillight, and added the proper repair tape. When I pulled off, I had: - A working taillight - My brake‑light warning cleared - All signals functioning - And peace of mind knowing my older vehicle was safe on the road I’ve been to many AutoZone locations around Memphis, but this one stands out. "These guys care." It shows in their smiles, their actions, and the results.
