  Johnny G. At the front there at this store that I just left who was extremely rude. We came in to try to switch out a commercial part for a vehicle and he was short with us, idk if he was having a bad day or what but he literally kept on cutting me off mid sentence and seemed annoyed when I translated to my husband what he was saying. Then he had a very agitated expression on his face the entire time and said in a rude way that," I could explain it to you 2 or 3 times and you still wouldnt understand it. " Which i took as an insult bc I clearly understood but he wasnt understanding my questions due to each one being different. I think he needs a job not in customer service bc we went to the one over on hickory hill and we got it taken care of FAST. Johnny G was clearly inadequate for the situation and he was very lazy, wouldnt even check. Autozone on Hickory Hill isnt racist and I didnt even have to translate due to having bilingual people there

  I stopped by today to get some car wash products and they were so busy johnny and the short young lady was very friendly and got the busy line down, keep in mind all i wanted was some wiper blades and i ended up leaving with a oil change johnny was very knowledgeable i will definitely be coming here again great job autozone!

  Really like the people that work there they help out anyway they can if they don't have what your looking for they will look all over for it to help you out if you get a part from them and don't know how to put it on they will show you or help you
