After leaving Auto Zone which didn't have my part that I needed in atock, I went 2 O'Reilly 2 miles up the road got it there at a good price ..Autozone quoted a price that was about 20 % higher than O'Reilly so it worked out..

During significant rainfall, the driver side windshield wiper flew off. After recovering the wiper, I drove to the Auto Zone store on Park Avenue and received immediate help. The store manager quickly snapped the wiper back on the arm and would not accept payment. All she asked for was a high five and a Google review. I am happy to recommend this store for anyone needing car parts or assistance. The manager is amazing! Thanks again!

i visited this location today and had a mixed experience. when i first approached one of the employees, ms. vicky, i believed the customer in front of me had finished checking out. i politely started to ask a question, and before i could finish, i was interrupted and told, "he's still right here." i understand if the customer was still being helped, but it was the tone and delivery that i found rude and dismissive. there are professional ways to let a customer know someone is still being assisted, and the interaction left me feeling unwelcome. fortunately, ms. sylvia stepped in and completely changed my experience. she greeted me when i entered, was polite, professional, and very helpful. she took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me with respect. the contrast between the two interactions was very noticeable. customer service matters, and while one employee made me feel dismissed, another made me feel valued as a customer. i appreciate ms. sylvia's professionalism and willingness to help, and i hope management addresses concerns regarding employee interactions with customers.
