The employees acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. When I asked for assistance, the staff seemed annoyed, dismissive, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. What stood out even more was the noticeable difference in how another customer was treated. When a Hispanic customer entered the store, the employees immediately became friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their tone of voice changed completely, and they provided a level of service that I did not receive. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. Customer service should be consistent for everyone. I hope management addresses these concerns and works to ensure all customers feel welcomed and valued when they visit this location. This version focuses on the behavior you observed without making accusations that can’t be verified, which tends to be more effective and credible in public reviews. I wouldn’t give them any stars !!!!!!!!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
