  She was patient, helpful, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. She even went outside to look at my car and help me figure out which rim size would look best. She introduced me to Mo, who was phenomenal. He had a great personality, was super helpful, and truly went above and beyond to help me through the approval process. He even gave me a ride home so I could pick up my other car since I had to leave the new one with them. Both Mo and Tasha assured me that my car would be safe while it was there, and they kept their word. Mo promised my car would be ready on a specific day, and it was. I also want to recognize Kevin. He was outstanding, too. He really knew his stuff about rims and made me feel confident in my decision. I've seen other reviews mention communication issues, but in my opinion, this place is simply very busy. Customers are constantly coming in and out. I encourage anyone with a concern to go in respectfully and talk with them directly. In my experience, they'll do their best to take care of you. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and everyone was patient and professional. I'm really happy with how everything turned out, and I'm already looking forward to going back soon to upgrade my stereo system.

  Had a wonderful experience getting a new radio + dash trim installed in my rare tiny little Scion IQ! They did an immaculate job and I love seeing Tasha! 🫶🏻🩷 I plan on returning for new rims + tires sometime soon (I still need to call and set that up) and eventually ceramic tinting done. Thanks to the team for helping me make my car customized the way I like it.

  Tasha had great customer service. Made me feel like family.she took care of the things I asked for with a smile on her face. Tony did an amazing job on my window tint. I get compliments daily.
