  On the first day that I called 901 Sounds, I spoke to Kevin who was very informative about rim info for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. When I went to the store, he showed me rims that would fit but told me that if I saw any other rims that I liked that he would seek info on it to see if that particular rim would fit my SUV because of the bolt pattern. I'd had difficulty before selecting a rim to fit. It took hours but I finally selected one that fit. It was several years ago from a different store & he explained to me why it was so hard. He texted info to me including pictures of the rims, pricing, & if they came in the color I wanted. I went to the store & selected the rim. A few days later, after they arrived, he called & left a message. He really worked with me on scheduling an appointment. On the day that I went for the installment, everything that I asked to be done, he honored it. There was never any pressure from him on the phone or in person. He both texted & called me with helpful info as well as when I'd call him. He showed me a wheel after the rim was mounted before it was installed on my truck I loved it! After my final payment, he walked outside with me as I looked at the completed work. He's a great people person, easy to work with, friendly, & helpful. The other staff there were friendly as well. I definitely recommend this store because my experience was a pleasant one & I was satisfied with their work!😊

  The salesman was very unconcerned after the sale. He had me come in thinking I was ready to get work done and I sat around four hour a for nothing. I came back the next day for a super long day. It took two weeks for a one week order. I felt once I paid for my rims and tires there was no concern after that. The customers service here stinks. If I could have found anyone else that had my rims . I would have gotten a refund. No one friendly or concern about customers time or money spent. I normally don't complained but I did this time.
