  Natasha & Moe were great!!!! They help me to achieve the look I have been wanting to achieve for 3 years. They were so patient and acknowledged. They make it so easy and spoke to me were I can understand them.

  Tasha made my new experience of putting music in my jeep a great one. She greeted me soon as I walked in. I didn't know what to ask for I knew I wanted a good quality music system that wasn't going to break the bank. Tasha thoroughly listened to me then she provided several options. Once I decided what I wanted I left my jeep there. Tasha called me every step of the way and when it was done she called and told me it was ready and sounded great. Upon arrival I was very kindly greeted by Tasha. She gave me my keys and told me to go take my time and listen to the music before paying the final balance. She said she wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. That's top notch service to me most employees don't care if you're satisfied they just want the payment. So again my experience with 901 Sounds was phenomenal becauseof her my music sounds great also. I asked her if she was the manager I was blown away when she said no. She should definitely be the manager with the attentive caring spirit she has.

  Hands down one of the best in the city somewhat of a one stop shop for most things cars. The entire staff is professional and best well versed in their respective job. Not only did I receive great results but also learned many things in the process.

  Not pleased at all with the customer service from Tasha at all. I will say this, when I was in the store she was a pleasure to work with. After the purchase her attitude was just horrible. When I would call to 901Sound she was rude even still when I would let her know who I was. Back story: when my rims and tires were mounted and the young man was finished. I didn’t receive the lock for the rims. I found this out when I went to get my brakes done. I called to the store and spoke with Tasha. This was the first encounter that she was rude. However, I explained to her that I didn’t have the lock for the rims. Went to 901Sound as she asked. I was given a lock that didn’t even fit my rims. I found this out when the brake people tried to replaced my brakes. Went out of town so I couldn’t go back to 901Sound. Once I returned we were planning on going out of town for Memorial Weekend and I called Tasha at 901Sound to get the correct lock and told her what happened at the brake shop. She instructed me to come up there and pick up another one that I needed to pay 25.00 for it since this was the second one that they were giving me. Now when I spoke to her it was around 4:20 and she says that she was leaving and would leave the lock with someone there and I could come get it before 6pm. Get up there to 901Sound and no one that was there knew anything of Tasha leaving the lock to be picked up. So at this point she lied to just to get me off the phone. Needless to say I wasn’t able to take my vehicle out of town. Went to 901Sound that next week and I believe the manager was able to get me right. Not sure if I will be doing business with 901Sound in the future and if I do it definitely won’t be with Tasha. To spend the type of money I did and to be lied too isn’t very professional at all.
