- MMMichael mccrightJun 23, 20265.0Without a doubt I would give this place five stars. I have never experienced such pleasant service at a truckstop. The day before I came, they had an update on the pumps and the pump wasn’t working and I told This really Nice Redbone lady inside and she was so apologetic and giving it was crazy. She gave me a bucket of chicken and JoJos and a fountain drink. I mean, she was a real good hearted person, Most people would’ve been like oh well sorry whatever. No, not at all. This lady was so sweet. I didn’t catch her name, but I would definitely recommend her for employee of the year.

The parking is standout features: it's wide, easy to get in and out of, and very well-maintained. Being attached to/in the same shopping center as multiple food options and retail spaces makes it a perfect one-stop shop. Super convenient layout whether you're just fueling up or staying a bit longer.
- DMDon MuhammadJun 2, 20261.0These Pilot Travel Center and particularly this one has become ridiculous and absurd for charging truck driver for parking. There is not not one parking space for free. All of there spaces is marked Prime Parking/Reserved at a price for $18. I think us as truckers should do a number of things until this changes. 1. Write legislation and complain and demand a change, 2. Buy our fuel somewhere else via boycott. Write there corporate office and demand a change. Due to the amount of money we spend at these Truckstop where prices on everything is double and fuel prices are high they should be a shame of theirselves. It’s not like they can’t make this money up in other areas 😡
- MWMathew WestMay 27, 20262.0Just a quick heads up before coming here to get your legally obligated 10hr break, about 85% of the parking is paid. Even if its not well marked. I start double checking when i pull in at night. The Mgr, Robert, waited til 2230 to come out and knock on doors. If you're gonna patrol it, dont let us get showered, fed and comfortable before you come wake us up. I understand its private property and if id paid for a spot and one wasnt available I'd probably want something done about it too. But this paid parking shit is getting outta hand. Well whatever, im retiring soon anyways, I'll leave it for the next generation.
