  I have a flight that lands at 4:55 p.m., and this place closes at 5:30. I called four other Enterprise locations before I ran into this one. An amazing lady named Kat picked up; I told her my issues, and sure enough, she told me not to worry and that she would help me out as much as she could. Thank you so much Kat!!!!!!!

  I had a great experience at the Enterprise on Washington Avenue. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. No one was pushy, just helpful and attentive. Overall, everyone was awesome.

  The Baseline: For automotive rental centers the service on the vehicle must be quick and efficient, have value for the rental must be great, and be professional(s) dealing with my rental must be friendly/efficient/great. Service: I had a great experience once I arrived and until the time I left. Rented here when I was unable to secure a car from the airport and I am glad I did! I needed a car for a small vacation and with a short Uber from the airport (10 minutes) I was dropped off at this location (note they cannot pick up due to airport rules and agreements with other rental car places at the airport. Aka not their fault). We were early for the car pick up and they had it washed and ready for me to drive. Value: Great value and you will save verses the places at the airport. If you can handle a little Uber/Lyft ride you can save. I saved $200 for my rental compared to what I would have paid at the other rental car places I found at the airport. Note I came in on a game day weekend which also effected things and with the amount of Texas shirts I was lookin’ at i wasn’t the only one finding my value here. Service Representatives: Shout out to Kat, Kinsleah, and Steve who displayed the panicle of hospitality and friendliness as i waited to get my vehicle. They gave me great suggestions for local food and stops giving great pride for the Knoxville/Maryville/Great Smokey Mountains area. Every Enterprise should have them giving lessons on how to interact with patrons.

  I haven't booked a car rental in so long I forgot what it's all entitled to and I should've known things has changed since last time I had used a car rental. However, I wasn't expecting the turn out that I had and I was having to serve panic attacks and with the uncertainty it was bad. Every time we thought we had a solution there was another downfall or block basically which was making my anxiety a lot worse. After some hours, and mistakes happened I was able to get the car rental which was absolutely beneficial to my trip to see Machine Gun Kelly in Ohio. We also had a very late start to our journey back home and not only that we were stuck in traffic going nowhere for two plus hours so we had the car back the next day and I was able to call and extend the time which was very helpful as well. Thank you again to Kara and another staff member for their amazing understanding and help, as well as their concern for my well being without them the trip would've been doomed and I restored my faith in humanity that some people do care about their jobs and people. If I ever need a car rental again, I'll be back! :) Ps. I still have plenty of those cool item you gave me, I still love them!
